get a camera, turn all the lights off, then set the shutter speed to 15 seconds, or more. take a picture, and get someone to move around a light source in front of the camera, like a cellphone. BAM

set ur camera to the lowest shutter speed possible (above 8 seconds needed) bring ur iso the whole way up, turn all the lights out, draw with lights.
