just a question,shouldn't rhinoplasty require that the sides of the nostrils be sliced off? Cos i've seen so many asians have super obvious nose jobs,as if a log has been inserted to the center of their nose. It looks nasty. This lady has a good nose job tho - its not obvious.

Polynesians would be considered Asian. There are three major types of humans. Negroid, Caucasoid, and Mongloid. Or Black, White, Asian. Among these there are a wide variation of which the specialities are so complex i personally feel surgereons could never manipulate them. Would a chinese get surgery to look Japanese? Would an English man tell his doctor not to make him look Scandanavian? If I were Hawaian I would choose a doctor who specializes in Asian surgeries.

Well I've seen different. My former friend is Pacific descent and she was turned down by 2 local surgeons b/c they said her nose was "black" type nose and not Asian. BTW she is pure Poly and has curly hair and brown skin. She is not the only Poly not classified as Asian by surgeons in the US. The doc that turned her down has several classifications just ofr Hispanic/Mid-Eastern and what he called "hooked" noses.

After further research, I have found that many doctors do not simplify their surgeries like this. Some ethnic groups cannot be categorized and the patient has to be looked at individually which can make it difficult to find a physican willing to do the surgery.

That is a very beautiful woman. Above all she looks healthy in her skin and hair and bone structure. Maybe someone needs to tell Lil' Kim you don't have to bleach your skin, mutilate your nose and wear horse-ass hair to be a sexy confident African American.

You look good, It looks symetrical and thats the whole point to getting this done. People that say make me a tiny ass nose with pin hole nostrils are the ones that look like shit afterwards. I want to do the same for myself, that's why I'm on here.

Your nose looks very good. I too had rhinoplasty and I am a black male. No one can really tell that I had it done - they just know that I look better for some reason.

The misconception that people have is that black people get nose jobs to erase our ethnicity but (like you), I had my nose done to refine it a bit.
