    Thanks :) I know that camera is supposed to add 10 lbs, but, for some weird reason, I look a little skinnier on camera than in real life...

    P.S. I also love yoga and plan on getting more serious about it. Hate running though :)

  • i used to be chubby when i was around 7 years old but by then i kinda losing weight and im eating alot and im not gaining any wait it toke me a year to gain 2 stone have u got any suggestions or tips

  • @pikadayout What works the best for me is to monitor very close what and how much I've been eating. I'm not an expert, but, of the top of my head, I'd recommend to eat more vegetables and less starchy foods, such as pasta. Eventually, I'll post a video on how I've been eating when I was very thin and what I'm doing to get back in shape right now. If you are interested in seeing those, subscribe to my channel.

    30 day shred is amazing indeed! This is pretty much the only workout I can make myself do. Wish you best of luck with the weight loss!

  • Since you hate running, you should try interval training on the treadmill. Just walk for a minute, then run the next, then back to walking for another minute, then running. Do this until you hit the 20 minute mark. I read in a magazine that interval training like that, is much more effective than just jogging for 20 minutes, and that it continues to burn fat 42 hours after. So just thought I'd let you know. =) Good luck!

  • @watchmeshrink54321 thanks for the tip! Actually, this is exactly what I've been doing - not because I had scientific justification for it but just because I'm currently physically unable to run for 20 minutes straight. It's good to know that this is effective as well :)

    Yes, running is a real bitch. Currently, I cannot imagine myself being able to ever do a marathon, but you never know :)
