  • mechanize fucks everything!!!!!!!

  • There were like 3 or 4 special editions of this album, I found the standard version in stores cos I've never seen any and this song is a bonus track off the DualDisc version, there is another download with the song My Grave and there are live tracks from Archetype on the Japanese version

  • @zonic26 Empire is a Best Buy bonus track, live tracks are from an EP but also got released in Transgression here in Holland.

  • @0takuMetalheadGamer Oh are they in Holland? Wikipedia says they are in Transgression in Japan

  • @zonic26 Strange, my copy and several others I found all got the live tracks included.

  • this is the worst album

  • @JohnRiffler LOL there are Sooooooooo many "best album ever" Open your Ear ;) lol

  • I can't fathom how anyone couldn't like those songs.0_o Anyway, yeah awesome song.

  • @MannaRee He's clearly either joking or has great difficulties with reality.

  • I realy love this band. Is the newest thing I heard in years(because I haven't known it for long). Quite what I as looking for for some time

  • VISH mto loko o_O

  • their only good song -_-

  • @trej099 Yes. I don't like Edgecrusher, Linchpin, Replica, Resurrection etc etc etc....

  • @mrgmakin ressurection is there best song

  • mala banda de metal asquerosa

  • DONT POST COMMENTS ASSHOLES. USE YOUR EARS YOU WHINY FUUUUUUUCCCCCKS!!!!

  • This the comparrisons I hear all the time:

    Meshuggah

    Tool

    Fear Factory

    Gojira

    and Opeth

Honestly who cares is better or which one you like more because you're all right because they're all great. They're awesome in each one their own's right but if they went on a tour together I would literally jizz my pants just hearing that it's happening.

  • Gojira is my favourite :3 That band got into the ''more famous progressive metal '' scene so quickly. xD

I watched them evolve. Sorry for bad english

  • @spawn22222 I respect your opinion but I couldn't disagree more.

  • i just want to know, why do people think this album is bad? i have listened to most of their music but it all sounds good to me...

  • very good

  • Best Buy Exclusive Track. Anyway this is better then the Concrete version.

  • @musicchannel637 is this on the special dualdisc edition thats all over Ebay or is it just on the Japanese version. or is there another version i don't know about?

  • Are the vocals this loud on the CD? dang its kind of annoying

  • this song and My Grave are the two best tracks of the record; and they're not even on the standard version :(

  • SHIT SOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH VIBRATIONS IN MY BODY LOL

  • woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooww

  • I bought the album and this song wasn't on it. Not even listed on the back of the CD.

    What the fuck.

  • @GetmeoutofOhio did the album say made in China? :D xD

  • @GetmeoutofOhio It's a bonus track alon with My Grave on some special edition.

  • Can somebody tell me if Fear Factory have always had breakdowns and nice bass in their production? i like that stuff and i like their industrial sound so...

  • As much as I love FF, production seems a little off on this album.

  • trangression, all though being my least favorite ff record, is still great. if i will follow wasnt on it and the the production wasnt shit it would be better. personally this song is one of my favorite songs and should have been on the record to begin with and had my grave as the bonus track and shouldnt have ever had that downloading shit so that you could get the song.

  • I love industrial metal, but I can't stand screaming in my metal.. yeah, I know.. seems ironic. But, seriously. One of Fear Factory's better songs.

  • This Album Rocks, FF 4 Life

  • What a wicked album cover! >=D

  • alguien me puede explicar por que yo no tengo este tema en mi disco transgression?

  • Stop comparing bands online, it's like racing in the special olympics. Even if you win you're still fucking retarded.

  • @abyssalspecter93 completly agree.Comparing every bands its the result of this fucking society of competition "who is the best"

  • @abyssalspecter93 You deserve a trophy for that comment. Thank you sir!

  • @abyssalspecter93 Like the internet hasn't heard that joke before....

  • @LonelyHooker I'm sure they have a year after I posted that comment.

  • @abyssalspecter93 I thought that metaphor applied to people arguing on the internet, period. Anyway, there's nothing wrong with comparing bands, it's just dumb when the say "Band A" is better than "Band B" because blah blah blah they suck.

  • @StopDropDoBarrelRoll It does, but either way

  • @abyssalspecter93 True, true.

  • @y890x Troll ? =)

  • @y890x by gay you mean...kicking ass since 1992 and still producing sell out albums and tours.

  • fear factory did gd with this album, especially without dino, gotta give em credit

  • i think transgression is an average album, suprisingly had some gd tunes, fear factory hasnt let down!!!

  • the thing is .. u can come up with a minimal comparision and bring new blood to the them and musical panorama if any of this makes any sense .. piblicity would b more arise and publising a good way to make more foloowers/ listeners aware .. anyway a good way to make more music available ..long live the music

  • Erm...this song is out off the album Transgression?

I´ve got the CD, but "My Grave" and "Empire" aren´t in it.

I know, that My Grave is only in the downloadable version, but Empire?

  • @ChrisZed08 Empire was a bonus track for japan only. The wikipedia page for this album has other bonus tracks listed.

  • If Fear Factory hadn't been rushed, this would have been a much better album.

  • Wow the vocals are loud on this mix!

Great play by Dino on guitar for sure!! \m/

  • @Phyle9

Dino wasnt in the band during this time, Archetype and Transgression have Christian Olde Wolbers on guitar

  • I own Transgression, and this song is definitely not on it, nor is it in the link you get by putting the CD in the computer. Where is this song really from? It's pretty badass.

  • incest is winfest

  • @skateingMetalHead25 Where the fuck did that come from? o.e

  • very nice!!!

  • siiiiiiiiiii

  • vocals are way too loud.

  • @thispagesux it cant get to loud!!!\m/

  • Transgression had some good parts, but they went a bit too experimental, and they were apparently in a hurry to make the record in time for their tour, so some things went a bit sloppy, but otherwise, I enjoyed the album.

  • their worst by far , booooring

  • I liked Transgression, the recording wasn't the best but it had some badass riffs.

  • Please use English next time, so you sound like less of an idiot.

  • Is that even possible?

  • Ehmm .. make some sense and come back later please. The only thing I could possibly understand was that fear factory sucks because of something.. lol.

  • lol @ shiiitbag.... talking about avatar here, the worse movie ever and if u think they came up cause of those movies then ur a poser dude

  • @Kilajs I agree, Avatard is fucking annoying and the 3D thing is just a gimmick, the fans of that stinking, plie of shit of a movie should watch Se7en, then they'd know what a real movie is. (Too bad they'll piss themselves while watching it.) Gotta love Fear Factory.

  • Wow this song had a ton of potential. It was recorded terribly though. Fear Factory should seriously re-record all the good songs from Transgression, and release it as like an EP or something

  • is it just me or are the vocals really loud in this song?

  • Greatest to least greatest

    # 1. Demanufacture

    # 2. Obsolete

    # 3. Archetype

    # 4. Digimortal

    # 5. Transgression

( cant judge soul of a new machine cuz im not into death metal)

  • @RockNRollSpaceman I dissagree Archetype from what i've heard is the best album. And by heard i mean the songs in Archetype.

  • i dont blame you Renegade, Archetype was a bad ass album, its just that Demanufacture was my first love and Obsolete dones my favorite song of all time, Resurection

  • Still listening to more and more songs. I know a lot of bands but Fear Factory makes the best album covers i have ever seen. Best English speaking band i know.

  • yeah they are by far my fav metal band, them and Ramstein.

  • The 90s is pretty much all my favourite music in one decade. Just noticed that Rammstein and Fear Factory are both Industrial metal.

  • @RenegadePlague both Rammstein and Fear Factory released good recent records;really good music

  • @bloodyrockfire

I know they did, all records equal to the old ones.

  • @RockNRollSpaceman:

there was something missing on this album. maybe it was the label's fault. they went from roadrunner to liquid 8 to calvin...what the hell is calvin records?

  • Chapa45 i have no idea why they signed with calvin, but im sure its the reason why Transgression was as great as the others

  • "as great" or "not as great?" I was not happy with Transgression and I love FF. Mechanize is definitely a step up.

  • oh yeah my bad, not as great

  • Mechanize is more than just a step up. It's the best Fear Factory record since Obsolete.

  • can any1 send me the transgression album ? if so u can plz let me know and i can provide you with my email adress

  • Just WHY was this not on the final Transgression?

  • Damn good question.

  • transgression really wasnt that good of an album espcially followin archtype, but with dino back at guitar and hearing what he did with divine heresy im totally sold on it being a classic FF album, and for the meshuggah comparison in no way either band better than the other...my question is why cant u just enjoy the fuckin music and stop comparing everything?

  • simple because, little fanboys always wanna start shit, meshuggah and FF are both amazing and should both be appreciated

  • @hebguy420 Dino wasn't on Transgression.... he returned on mechanise 2010 album hurrdurr

  • @HazexDimond i never said he was on transgression did i? can our children read? i think not lol re-read the post word for word and u'll understand what i said "dino back at guitar" meaning he WASNT there...fuckin retard lol

  • @HazexDimond i never said he was on transgression did i? can our children read? i think not lol re-read the post word for word and u'll understand what i said "dino back at guitar" meaning he WASNT there...fuckin retard lol

  • @hebguy420 "transgression really wasnt that good of an album espcially followin archtype, but with dino back at guitar and hearing what he did with divine heresy im totally sold on it being a classic FF album" -- why don't you re-read that outloud genius .. you were still on the subject of Transgression, never mentioned Mechanize in your post. it sounds like your saying "it was a lame album but since dinos back it will be classic" Learn english and find your way back to the shortbus kid.

  • @hebguy420 There is two kind of music : Piece of shit and fuckin badass

Actually , FF and Meshuggah are classed on the second category =)

  • @hebguy420 Just realize you bosting an opinion, This Album is amazing in my opinion and so is Archtype, its about the music, nad your right on that part. Fear Factory rocks and Im a true fan. Your views are very much like mine though. Its about the music so people need to dop the bullshit and listen to the music

  • @hebguy420 what are you stupid. Aside from Digimortal, I think this is their best album.

  • @hebguy420 musically ,yes..but lyrically transgression is a beautiful album.

  • @hebguy420 Are you fucking serious. Transgression was on par with the excellence of their previous albums and the best effort since Digimortal. Archetype fucking blew, and I'm not one of those idiots who only says it sucked because of the absence of Dino. It just flat out sucked all in all, in it's painful mediocrity and cliche, repetitive, and meat-headed mindless nature. It was like a parodic watered down version of themselves at that point in time of their careers.

  • @spawn22222 I agree. I was really dissapointed with Archetype and can't fully listen to any songs beyond the first few.

  • @hebguy420 As much as I agree your call to stop comparing and start enjoying, the first line of your comment is a comparison.

  • @hebguy420 I somehow agree but still think Meshuggah is infinitely superior. Fear Factory was the band that got me into metal as a young teenager, but when I discovered Meshuggah when I was 15, they changed everything. Djent (and modern deathmetal) is the fucking metal of the future. This is a dying but worthy analogue to what will be written in the next fifteen years or so. But like any music, people will opinionate which era or subgenre, whatever, is "true metal". I like the new shit.

  • i like the rifts and gutaring.. my vote this songs alright. great drumming

  • the albums a good head banger but it's not a good starting point if your getting into fear.

  • @XxMcAllisteRxX couldnt agree more!!

  • shit production for fear factory

  • @Otium83 not wrong the production on this album is dry and thin along witht he song writing its has to be almost thier worst in every respect in my opinion. Actually its not as bad as digimortal but close atleast digmortal was thick with rich production even if it did end out sounding like it was mixed and mastered for the radio!

  • @ibanezuv7 If by production you mean guitar tone, I agree.

  • No production is the overall sound to the album.Effects, vocal harmonies, samples, the entire thing.Every recroding has a flavour of its own, this is due to production. How and what pieces are assembled together to give the final overall sound. intsrument tones are all relivant here too. When you refere to something having dry or thin production that normally means, not a great deal of effects, samples (inthis case) or creative EQ has been used. Everything sounds as it does in a bedroom basically.

  • I think that bands become comparable just when they sound similar, and almost always great bands build up their own sound which makes the compare hard

  • hmm...not bad song...gzz guys:>

  • Fear Factory isn't better than Meshuggah. Meshuggah isn't better than Fear Factory. FF introduced me to underground metal. Meshuggah kept me here. You just can't compare these bands, they are both amazing in their own ways. Meshuggah became my favourite because FF was on hiatus. But now that FF is coming back, they're both tied for #1 on my list.

  • True, can't wait for the new album, which i hope will be the follow-up for Archetype, because this...I mean, it's a cool experimental album but the production just sucks balls.

  • @AyoBully I agree

  • Amazing song a hard timing to play ! betwin drums ain guitar

  • the quality isn't too good. the vocals are too high. isn't as good as moment of impact but its still good

  • Sounds like fairly generic metal tbh, without any of the old fear factory imagination & vision

  • Hey Gojira is good, but whoever brought it up shouldn't have compared it and the people who like this more should stop both sides are being dorks. This stuff is good don't get me wrong, but why fight over it? Oh and Meshuggah is good too by the way ha ha. Oh and if you rate this bad because I didn't worship Fear factory (I actually like it) then your a retard.

  • @grim967 Gojira? Those guys are legit! :D I love how these bands can help us find more and more! So much awesome! All these bands kick ass!

  • no your thinking of crobar

  • oh ok i did'nt no thnxz brah

  • idiot think when you write

i don´t know who the fuck is gojira butt cc is another style of music

    FF´s music is unique!

by the way this song kicks ass :D

  • comparing Fear Factory and Meshuggah is idiocy at best!

  • heavy mental metal, kick ass stuf!!!!!!!!

  • industrial chaos

  • Comment removed

  • Oh i like that song my grace and this one too.Fear factory knows their style pretty well

  • how do i get this song and My grave?

  • FF and Meshugga r two different bands deal with it

  • Fear Factory is better than Messhugah.

    DONE

  • I have the uk SE cd +dvd of transgression and though it has the dvd it lacks the extra songs that you get on the normal cd, i saw the extra tunes where live ( i think there was 3) i dont recall this being on it and it definately isnt on mine , i feel lost!

  • People... stop arguing over Meshuggah and FF. They are two totally different bands, with two totally different styles. Stop arguing and bang your fucking heads!!!

  • amen brother

  • There are more people who know fear factory than meshugga :D so what?

  • there are mor people who know about hitler than mesuggah, whats your point? wider knowledge denotes talent? i think not.

  • wow what a hater

  • Because I am sure Fear Factory and Meshuggah were aware of eachothers existence in the late 80's and early 90's.

  • meshuggah were around way before fail factory came on the scene, meshuggah signed in 87 but existed in many other incarnations before then. those nu metal queers aka fear factory only got big in 1990. and before you and whoever comes back at me and says "why are you watching the videos if you don't like them"....... i didn't know i didn't like them until i heard this piece of shit.

  • LOL your arrogance is rather..entertaining

  • what the fuck are you on about fear factory

they don't sound anythink like it

meshuggah has heavyer riffs than FF but FF is faster than meshuggah plus FF they are not of the same genre FF is industrial metal thay are more about the sounds of techno with the fast riffs and dumms and meshuggah is progressive metal they are more about the heavyinss of the song if iam wrong who gives a fuck and sorry for all the rudeinss

  • i was commenting on the rythmic structures of the songs, the fragmented disjointed drum and guitar parts that conform to a non standardised time signature and beat. hence the similarity with meshuggah, plus the shouty vocals which are delivered in similar style. if you listen to meshuggah's early stuff you'll hear what i'm talking about. and thats ok, its refreshing to get into a genuine musical discussion for a change as opposed to just personal insults flying back and forth.

  • i suggest you name both sides of the discussion properly its Fear Factory not Fail Factory,( i know you are aware of this) calling it fail factory just excites the flames for the passive aggressive fans of the band

  • yeah man, thats exactly what i was trying to do. i'm a firm believer in the philosophy that everything boils down to taste, there isn't much genuinely bad music out there, fear factory included, they just aren't to my taste although i can acknowledge that they are good. however when i get really bored i post comments about stuff i don't like, not directly insulting the people who do like it, then i get back alot of personal abuse and threats which i find hilarious to read. its childish i know

  • hahaha thats funny as fuck,i love fear factory tho,but i can see what your doing, just making people rise to the bait hahaha, try an x box or somthing dude thats fun aswel hahah or do like me play in a band yaself i piss loads of people off that way hahaha

  • Holy shit... start listening to vomitory... in my opinion it´s the best solution of this crap!

meshugah sounds like fear factory and fear factory like mashine head... they sound like Pavarotti and pavarotti like the digimon theme?

    it becomes an endless discussion!

  • Why you listenin to it if you just sit there and hate on it wtf

  • you're an idiot. read my other comment which at a mere 5 posts down will be easy to find. i saw they had been confirmed for BOA 09 and thought i'd give 'em a listen. i listened to a bunch of mediaocre songs, of which this one was the last and thought i'd vent spleen seeing as it felt like i'd wasted the last 20 minutes of my life and how odd it was for BOA to book a band from america that aren't that good, when a better band from europe who are touring at the moment could be playing instead.

  • O shut the fuck up you doosh ur probbally some panzy who a 14 year old like me could kick ur ass u bitch ahahahahah

  • stereotypical gobby youtube loser child, you don't look 14, i'd say11. had any luck with girls yet? i doubt that very much, you'll be begging for sex well into your 20s. and what would mummy say if she knew you were harrassing people over the internet? she'd probably take away your skateboard and not let you out to play....thats if she wasn't too busy choking on cock on the street corners at night. and as for you kicking my ass, mate, i would break both your legs for fun.

  • Yep ive got girls.... o my mom would care she'd just laugh and good luck breakin my legs.

  • pathetic... you start an argument and thats what you throw back at me? if thats the best you can do i suggest you shut that little mouth of yours boy....because thats what you are, just a little boy.

  • you two remind me of "Jay and Silent bob strikes back" ...

  • O dear satan,a fucking 14 year old that can't spell, this is fucking great,i see your parents are not home >_>

  • The fact that you spelled douche wrong says ALOT of things, dude.

  • Well, now that I see you put up a good argument on why you don't like fear factory, I would like to say WIN!

  • brutal riffs!

  • how come you don't have other songs of this album like 540.000?

  • Fear Factory = Win

  • This album was very badly produced.....
