  • "Up with dope, down with the black pope"

    Gravalgia,

Ahhh.. I do enjoy the occasional visit from the lunatic fringe. Thanks for your brief stop in reality, but your ARE the weakest link... goodbye.

  • Why dont you put the name of the gadgets you review in the title of the videos so it would be easier to find!

  • Lets all rejoice over the evils of the Jesuits! I hope someday everyone will see the true evils of them, and I hope someday they will be brought to justice.

  • klegster,

Enlighten us, oh wise one, on the evils of the Jesuits! -- Or is the standard conspiracy-theory spew that seems to be making the rounds on YouTube.

Lemme guess... we killed Kennedy, we run the WTO, we are the Illuminati, we killed Arabito, blah, blah blah...

Please tell me that you've got something new because I'm so bored with all the regular evil that I've been accused of.

    .

    Peace,

    Fr. Robert

  • Maybe you should be the one to enlighten us, that is if you are really a Jesuit.

It is common knowledge that Jesuits are not to be trusted, but since they have the code to lie and infiltrate, they will never say they are Jesuits and therefore lie about how things are.

I am surprised you claim to be a Jesuit, and if you are one, then it is I who await to hear all the wisdom from you. But keep in mind, I question everything, I am not a sheep.

  • klegster,

Indeed I am a Jesuit. I don't hid that fact. I mention it in every episode of 'gadget' -- It's on my website, and I publicly celebrate mass at my parish here in Honolulu.

I don't ask you to be a sheep. In fact, the students I teach at the Newman Center are always told that their faith asks them to honestly question and challenge everything -- That's the start of real knowledge.

  • But here's the thing... In my experience, nothing I write or say can change the mind of a conspiracy theorist. If you WANT to see conspiracies and darkness, you'll see it.

Just ask yourself this... Why does this secret society of the Jesuits operated to openly? Why do we have 28 colleges and Universities in the US? 58 High Schools? Why do be publish the names of all of our members from the very first day that they enter the Society of Jesus? Why are our vows and ordinations open to all?

  • If you have questions you want to ask, ask me. I will not run. I will not hide. I will not muddle the truth. I'm always here and I'm always willing to listen and to talk.

All I ask is that indeed you NOT act like a sheep. Come into the conversation with an open mind and question EVERTHING.

    .

    Peace,

    Fr. Robert

  • Ok, open minded question....did the jesuits kill millions of people over long period of years because these people would not conform to the catholic faith or follow the pope?

  • Answer... No.

    .

    Peace,

    Fr. Robert

  • do jesuits lie? um, cause even the catholics have wrote about the jesuits killing and there is history written on such things, just cause people would not conform and follow the pope.

it would be nice if jesuits would just be honest with people, but I guess that is against the rules.

  • klegster,

    actually... no...

I hear all the time from conspiracy theorists that the Jesuits were personally responsible for the death of millions... exactly WHAT revision of history are you paying attention to? I don't mean some article you found on the Internet, or some pamphlet written by an anti-Catholic. I mean an actually tenured and respectable historian who wrote that the Jesuits killed millions. -- You won't find it... because it's not true.

  • I refer to the true written history, it is not such a secret, it is actually widely known, jesuits and catholic defenders went around killing people who would not follow the pope.

Since you are asking for non-internet info, I can not point you to any thing, instead I have to tell you to go to a library and ask for books on this subject.

  • klegster,

Judging from your tone and reluctance to provide any titles (I'm assuming Arabito, Phelps, Chick and Rivera would be your main sources?) we really don't have anything to discuss since your sources are rooted in fantasy. I can only guess that you are refering to the Inquisitions... in which case I can offer this.

We didn't exist during the first Inquisition. Our founder was a victim of the second. We didn't run the third or fourth.

    .

    Peace,

    Fr. Robert

  • here's the problem...

The cruz of any conspiracy theory is that the offending person or organization is so powerful, that they have the ability to conceal the truth -- Except that is, from the few brave souls who are willing to speak up against the conspiracy.

  • Not sure how to take your statement, but from what I gather, you are pointing me out as a brave soul who is willing to speak against the Jesuit conspiracy?

If this is the case, I thank you, I really do my best to speak against Catholicism and the harlot church spoken of in the Bible.

  • klegster,

You can take my statement as I wrote it -- That essentially you and your conspiracy cohorts belive that you can see somehow history as millions before you have not. --

I'm absolutely open to hearing your proof but it looks to me as if your mind is closed to anything I might wright. There's nothing I can do to force you to open it.

Take that for what it is.

    .

    Peace,

    Fr. Robert

  • You know Fr. Robert, we've had our differences (being that I don't believe in God) but you've never made me feel talked-down-to. Reading some of the crap that you respond to, I have all-new respect for what you do.

I may think you're misguided wasting your life with religion, but I do admire the civility and what other people have said about your work and ministry.

I don't say this often to faith-types, but keep it up. You've got a friend here.

  • He isn't pointing you our a a brave soul. It's called SARCASM.

Oh, and by the way, an "open minded question" is one that you ask without already having formed your answer. Don't fool yourself into thinking that you're having a dialogue, you're just humoring yourself.

  • Could you possibly help me? I'm having trouble with my laptop keyboard: I don't know how to control the number keypad. I need to use it to activate a certain control in a font. Please help?

  • I can't get enough of your videos, they are awesome! Keep them coming.

  • im no aethieist and i know i probably mispelled it! but what do you know about the worlds history! do you know how it started.......mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm no, you don't smart gadgettts boy! but i must say tho' it is true your kind (religion, not your race) have been announced in some bad cases recently. say...the death of william cooper! yeh and it's weird how you have all this technology although why would a catholic group have such needs for high technology! ahhh they do.....

  • igotapk,

I have no idea what you are trying to write. I'm sure you have a point, I just don't know what it is. Please write back again when you can complete a sentence as either a question or a declarative statement. Peace, Fr. Robert

  • Great video! I have the slim blade keyboard set and love it. You make great videos! God bless and ignore the people who just try and get a rise out of you.

I will check out the powermid too, it looks cool. Thanks

  • Thanks traderjoes... the comment is much appreciated. It's amazing how much we've grown over the course of 18 or so months. This started as a hobby, something to do because I was bored, and it's become a third job that keeps me excited!

As for the Trolls and the Lulzers, meh... sometimes the Internet brings out the worst in people. Peace, Fr. Robert

  • Jesuits killed JFK!

  • Sure... why not. We've been blamed for everything else, we might as well take the fall for this too.

  • If you are related to the Catholic church, you're It.

  • I'm "It" ?? Is that supposed to be a complete thought or am I to guess exactly what you meant by that?

  • If you are affiliated with the bon-a fide Society of JESUS,then the 'IT' being reference to your society.By w

  • Once again I will ask you to complete your sentences so that I may understand exactly what you are trying to say.

  • Awesome reviews...

  • I showed someone at my work the Dino DVD printer and they loved it. He ordered on for himself :P

  • tight!

  • very koo!! i might get one of those keyboards

  • Are the magnets strong enough that if you have them in your bag, that they will mess with your laptop. Had in the past, someone laid a magnetic device on my laptop and messed it up a bit.

Also glad I subscribed to your videos way back in the day, you do a great job and very informational. Keep up the good work.

  • Well it's made for laptops, so I doubt it will screw one up.

  • 1:29 LOL can't breath with laughter

  • ahaha...

    what a insane dance

  • why does your camera blur when you move to fast?

  • It's actually not the camera, but the compression. The pure DV feed looks just fine, but when it is compressed to WMV, then again to the YT MPEG-4 format, some artifacting can occur.

  • lol like your "I can has cheezburger?" cat background. :P

  • hehehe... I was wondering when somebody would notice the fat cat! :)
