Tysons being extremely humble here guys saying that foreman and shavers hit harder than him...take that with a grain of salt. Tyson also said he broke his back in a fight and that he would eat Lennox Lewis's children. Did you believe him then!? Tysons said a lot of things throughout his career. If you believe them all then you have serious issues

@DiegoMarradona76 This Tyson I would believe, he was atleast relatively sane at this time. He didn't just say they hit harder, but that they hit MUCH harder, which is very true. Watch Foreman hit the heavy bag, then watch Tyson do it. That is the exercise where punching power is created and improved on, and it is to date the best way to gauge it. Tyson did not hit hard when compared to the top heaviest hitting heavyweights, not even a normal heavyweight punch is extremely dangerous.

yeah but Tyson at least was still knowledgeable pre prison. obviously the one in the 90s would have something different to say but i thought he always loved Ali.

@TommyGun7111 Oh yeah no question Tyson respected Ali more than anyone besides Cus...thats pretty much who inspired him to box. He always said Ali was the greatest boxer ever. Tyson always respects the old time fighters...

@TommyGun7111 Yeah but its not like Tyson is some kind of bitch punk, the guy is very well voiced IRL, Tyson knows what he is talking about, and if you can take someone's word or opinion on boxing, he is one of the best! One of the best schooled fighters in history, he has the equivalent of a Masters Degree in Boxing.

i know he is very schooled and use to study the all time greats when he was boxing to incorpate that into his own style post prison he was never as articulate and smart sounding as he was here

@DiegoMarradona76 I believe that. People inside Boxing who fought Tyson, Foreman & Shavers, like Larry Holmes Ken Knorton Muhhamad Ali & many more. All said Earnie Shavers is the hardest hitter of all time. And George Foreman hit harder than Tyson as well. Mike Tyson hit hard, but he knocked a lot of people out with his speed & sharpness in his punches.
