First - you aren't a G. Second - you did one squat and did it incorrectly. Third - You did basic dunks. Fourth - your quadriceps propel your legs forward to even get to the hoop. Fifth - you're a scrub. Nuff said..
Adarq, this was no ATG, you need to do full squats past paralell, I understand that limited ROM partials can be useful, but you are relying too much on that...Do them squats full and deep with good form.....
