@visionimagify 2:25 is why you should practice tai chi chuan. Once you do it for about 20 years or so, you can give your energy trough a door against an opponent. Probably no ones believes this is real, but it is real. Some Chinese masters can even start a fire with their own Chi (energy) 2:20 see him pump up his muscles in his chest. I never seen Arnold or Stallone or Vandamme do things like this. Chest training is the motivation he gives me!! BOLO RULES!!!!
