I wouldn't dare it, but the idea of a tatooed autograph of Davey Havok - the King of Tattoos! - is just too amazing for words. It fits beautifully with the roses.
He''s such a sweetie. I don't know if I'd ever get an autograph tattoo, it seems a bit too extreme for my tastes. But AFI/BA? Hell yeah. ^^ I saw the show and met him backstage on the 6th. He really is amazing. :D
@silverandcold65 honestly, the sweetest guy ever, and SO beautiful. I don't regret the tat one bit. AFI's gonna stay with me my whole life, and it'll be awesome to show Davey NEXT time they tour that I actually got it done :D (that's the goal anyway.. Haha)
@impure0purest I have no doubts that they'll stick with me, but as I'm new to adulthood, everything is scattered right now. Plus I have yet to get my first tattoo. So I could feel different eventually, but for now I'm looking for AFI lyrics that have a strong meaning to me. :) I don't go into anything lightly.
@Lycana3 Can you believe I was too shocked that it was happening, that I just noticed he had nice hands when we shook (and I paid attention to his face...but I mean, we were talking, lol) - plus I have bad sinuses. ;) But he was very, very nice and genuine, even though he was in a rush as he had friends there that night, and the casts' one day off was the next say. He was reserved and a tad quiet, but I get that because I'm also introverted/quiet, mostly, unless I get riled up.
@silverandcold65 Wow you are so lucky. I don’t know how you kept yourself from shaking when he was signing you arm. Yhea I noticed that he didn't want people hugging him, and he was in a rush. Poor Davey he looked exhausted. It’s probably all the pressure. I was in technical theatre and I remember the actors from musical theatre, were always sore and tired. They would practice every day, and only rest like a day a week.
@Morningstaaaar I think he tends to do that, 'cause he hugged me so damn close for our photo (backstage), that I didn't want to tilt my head much (as I tend to do) for fear of whacking him in the chest with my head. xD
You guys were very lucky people :o but, im sure you know that already :D Meeting Davey is actually one of the things I want to do before I die ^.^
