This video was created in 2007 (almost 4 years ago - two months after its release) and moving your buildings with the engineer was not yet implemented into the game. He became able to move his buildings in the Engineer Update from 8th of July 2009.

engineer is actually really useful... it can be boring at times but when people get close and you have spies around.... it can get tedious what this guy shows is a rather dangerous or easily destroyed way of building stuff.... btw there are only about 3 or 4 other people on his server....

Actually best place for sentry is right in front of enemy spawn. Just walk up, place a teleporter, go back, get a dispenser, go back, and upgrade level 1 sentry with dispenser buildup. Of course you need autoaim running like the guy in this video to pull it off.

Protip: Engineer is credit to team, not credit to camping. Put your dispenser where it's most useful to your TEAM MATES, while still giving you the ability to get metal.

Also, Teleporter is top priority for the reason that with an inflow of team mates, you stand more of a chance of building your nest without getting mowed over by a pyro or soldeir.

This tactic will only work if you are up against a team of at most 5 and all of them have to be newbies. A single demoman can easily ruin this completely whenever he wants. A better tactic is to team up with another engineer and built two bases (sentry/dispenser/teleporter) in the pond/lake diagonal of each other . Especially because you can spam resources in the sewers. Especially great if your team has lots of pyro's.
