see now if i got pulled over for a loud muffler, and they asked to search my car i would down right say NO. there is no reason for them to search your car unless they suspect the driver or any passengers have been using drugs. and if they said get out i would say NO cuz there no reason. and if he arrested me for not listing i would sue his ass the second i got bailed out. what they did was fricken rediculus. stand up fer ur selfs next time.

It wasn't an illegal search. The Cop asked for permission to search, and they consented to the search. They clearly state that in part 1 of this video.

In such a situation, when the Cop asks to search your vehicle, you can ask the officer: "What will happen if I don't consent?" If he tells you that your car will be impounded, or that you could be arrested, or issued a citation, or anything like that - you can say "In that case, I will consent to a search, but I wish it to be noted that I do so under protest and economic duress, and I am not waiving any of my rights." It's no guarantee, but, it could render anything they find inadmissible.

We didn't have any weed. We were simply a decoy sent to occupy as much of these officers' time as we could. Count how many cars drive by while we were sitting there, just be sure not to count the cop cars.

OK, I watched 1 and 2 and still do not understand your point. You allowed these cops to invade your privacy with no probable cause at all. What if they were the 1% of the police who are corrupt and had a bad day? They could have easily planted something in your car while seaching. There would be nothing you could do about it. You gave them permission to trample your rights. It should have been a warning sign: they knew they had no PC but searched you anyway; why???

That was the oldest trick in the book. I'm surprised the cops fell for it. While the cops thought they were detaining YOU, it was you that was actually detaining them so that the car with the drugs could drive by unmolested while the cops were detained by searching your car. Very clever.

Ohio cops are extreme they will pull you over for the smallest thing. I got pulled over for exhaust on my s10 and during the stop a diesel came flying past blowing smoke and i asked if he was gonna get stopped and he laughed at me. All this bullshit cause I have WV tags

@ArMyStRoNg2003 Funny you mention that, I had a laugh after watching these guys get pulled over for a loud exhaust (which you could barely if at all hear from inside the car), meanwhile at the end of part one a corrado with a loud exhaust rips on by - no questions asked and no search, lol. I have to say, I admire the respect and composure both of them maintained during the search process, I would've been pissed right off.
