  • Right, i must have been way too intoxicated, but once i threw a nade and managed to shoot it and it exploded mid air and took out most of the Zeds, now it could of been lag, or what ever but to this day i find it a myth that needs testing, only on all my attempts i can never get Zed time perfect like that in order to throw it, get zed time and hid it mid air.

maybe some one else noticed this too?!

maybe we will see this on a future vid busted of confirmed

  • Scrakes have explosive resitance no immunity flesh pound have 50% mire damage from explosives

  • wow awesome episode, this was great

  • How about: A husks fireball can detonate a grenade mid air. It happened to me once and i died on hard, but it would be cool if this actually got tested

  • so how does a beserker run faster? i thought that only a medic could run faster

  • a lvl 6 berserker... i see a lvl 1 berserker...

  • @pepati30 the one gold star means level 6

  • Scrakes have explosive resistance, not explosive immunity.

  • @GmanTheTank Scrakes DO NOT have resistance of ANY kind.

  • About the first myth with explosive headshots. You can't technically get a headshot with explosives but interestingly (and usefully) you will do about 93% more explosive damage if you register a headshot with the LAW, not sure about the other explosives but you do still get considerably more damage.

  • i have some myths: - When more then 14 pipebombs are in same place, after blowing up some pipes will not blow up... - When 1 or 2 zombies left in wave, if you are too far from them, they will die... - If you have 45 - 75 money and you press "80$" button in trader to buy 2 grenades, trader will steal money (she gives you 1 grenade and take all your money) - Scrake wont rush to me if hes on fire...?

  • @TheJarago About zombies that left in wave - that's true. Even with scrake or FP. And scrake wont rush when he is on fire, that's true too.

  • sirens and patriarch in one wave? wtf

  • Conclusion: always have a sirene close

  • Comment removed

  • @BlackCreater Alt Fire I think?

  • I WISH you could heal specimens with medic darts

I would troll everyone by healing the patriarch XD

  • on any difficult you can escape a clot grab by jumping.

  • according to one of these myths i can be mario :D

  • yay episode 3! Wait...

  • Scrake myth is kinda off. They have explosive resistance in general (60%, iirc). All your test confirmed was that the Scrake isn't immune to the damage. Never knew that about the Sirens, though. Just a shame you can't really use that tactically in an actual game since (unless recently changed), Sirens don't spawn during the Patriarch battle.

  • @WhiteTigerShiro "They have explosive resistance in general (60%, iirc)."

You recall incorrectly then. They have *zero* resistance to explosives. I've tried several times to link you to some threads on the TW forum showing this but YouTube doesn't want to cooperate. Go to the forums and do a search on this subject. Both scary_ghost and FSUBoo have made posts on this subject and scary even provided ingame code as evidence.

  • @Mortally I think I get how this works, but it's not surprising misunderstanding because I always thought they had explosive resistance as well...

Scrakes actually take 100% damage from grenades, but it was thought they took an reduced amount of damage because of bad wording, and maybe it was compared to a fleshpound who took a multiplied amount from explosives so they died relatively quickly while having similar health to a scrake hence the misunderstanding.

  • @KojimaDD *nods agreeably* A lot of people use Fleshpounds as a comparison for grenade damage against Scrakes but Fleshpounds have a weakness to explosives so it's a bad comparison. Scrakes on higher difficulties and with 5/6 players are also meatier than even Fleshpounds which is why explosives are a bad tactic to use against them. Unfortunately I don't think this myth is going away anytime soon... even I believed it once. That is, until I saw the code. :P

  • it's most fasther go downstar or downmontain jumping or walking?

  • @BKLoCo911 downstair or downmountain*

  • Dude, by Scrakes having resistance it means that they take less damage from a grenade than they normally should. It's not immunity to a grenade.

  • pretty cool, but how u made that spawns ? plzzz tell me

  • nice man really cool

  • Cool video - Scrakes have grenade resistance, pretty sure this is true, it means grenades do less damage to sc compared to other zeds!

  • You can escape a clot's grab by jumping as any perk between beginner and hard.

  • @soberson08 you can escape the grab at ANY difficulty EXCEPT hell on earth

  • @zp2525 Can't do it on suicidal either afaik.

  • @soberson08 just tested it it will wont work on suicidal so youre rite.
