@darkknight9197 I'm talking about him as a manager, The team he has no was more or less there when he arrived at Barcelona, the signings he has made have been failures, Ibrahimovic,Henrique, Alex Hleb, Keirrison, Martin Caceres and Chygrynskiy, Yes Barcelona play great football and are the best team in the world right now, but as a manager, I personally don't think he anywhere near Sir alex, Mourinho and Wenger.

@IzPk That's not true at all. He re-invented how football should be played, each year he comes with a different tactic or plan to there way of playing football. In his first year against Madrid (6-2 win) was the first time he played Messi as a false 9 instead of playing him on the wing. Also, he played a 3-4-3 formation at the Bernabeu earlier in the month. Not only that, hes introduced numerous players from the academy

@darkknight9197 You say he re-invented how football should be played? to be honest I find it really boring to watch Barcelona play, when they play in a big Champions League game or El Clasico they are really exciting to watch, but a normal La Liga game at nou camp is really boring they pass in their defence for 70 mins then attack the rest of the 20. They have fantastic passive play but I just couldn't go to every game to watch that every week.

@IzPk Yeah to a certain degree i would have to agree with you there, sometimes it does get boring but if i had the chance to go watch them every week, i wouldn't think twice. Watching xavi, iniesta, fabregas and the best player in the world; Messi week in week out would be a joy for any supporter

@IzPk Having all the talented players is not the issue but knowing what to do to make them the best side in the world is what he did. Its useless having an argument with people like you. There are a lot of teams that have so many good players but are not winning anything. Before him, only diehard FCB fans knew the name of almost the whole team, but now, almost all football fans know the names of most of the FCB first team and some of the reserves, even the kids from La Masia. think again.

@IzPk No it wasn't. When he came to the club it was in a mess. In his twilight years Rijkaard's team had become an indisciplined mess.Guardiola came in and not only promoted a lot of youngsters but he also sold old and underperfoming players like Dinho , Eto etc.

@IzPk You wldnt know that, its the same as ppl saying that Messi cnt make it if he went to another team. and look at all the teams that mou has done good with, the have to have a stern and rough defense and be defensive minded, but he cant manage that with madrid cuz they dont have that mentality and also bcuz spanish football is more about style and ent. than just his defense tactics. Most coaches will stick to the winning formation but pep's always exploring new tactics.

@niggaskruyou When I say psychological, I mean Madrid get nervous when they play Barcelona, you saw how bad Ronaldo was, any other day he would of put the 3 chances he missed in the net, I think even I could of scored them, I mean Barcelona are not exactly "destroying" Madrid, its just the recent El Clasico Madrid could of finished the game within the first 30mins but couldn't score, Xabi, Di Maria and Ronaldo all looked scared and nervous when they played.

@IzPk I know exactly wat u mean, but looking at the facts, its the same with most of the clubs in CL for example, they will dominate in their leagues but when they come up against the "bigger clubs", they get nervous too and miss chances that the wld convert under normal circumstances. How good is a team if they cannot be psychologically stable against a higher opponent? You are only a better team if you control the game physically and psychologically. thats what makes Barca the best.

@niggaskruyou I will never disagree, Barcelona are the best team without a doubt, but I think if Madrid can let go of their nervousness they could of scored 4 in the opening 30 mins, personally Di Maria for me is the best player in the world right now, and in the Clasico he was nothing.

@IzPk I dnt disregard that but the same goes for so many teams, even in life as a whole, if we let go of our fears and nervousness, we all are most likely to achieve incredible feats. the same goes for football teams.
