  • um. the white race wants to be like us. the afros are us. the dreads are us. they bite off our style:music, fashion, beauty. the white women are wearing booty implants and getting pads in the underwear and getting botox. They always talking about how we are ugly, but they getting fucking tans and shit. ridiculous.

  • Shame but MOST and I mean MOST Black Women dont where their hair natural...

  • fucking idiot learn about culture creation, you are a product of your environment matter a fact read the definition of culture you might realize what is really going on

  • @wliddell01 : Yeah but the topic here is why certain black men like white women.

  • I am a middle aged European male, and i find this video refreshing. I can NEVER understand why SO MANY Black American and British (mostly) want to look White. The women in this video look absolutely beautiful. You can stick your Beyonce's and Tyra Banks, and even your Oprahs. They squeal about racism whilst trying to look White.

  • I feel where u comin from cuz I was saying the same thing but both truths are true and the black ppl want to be white does affect more of our ppl then being what we are... truth be told we want to b anything besides black sometimes simply because we dont know what it means to be black( not saying all of us but a lot of us)

  • they dont want to be white baha wtf there just doing there thing here

  • I always thought bw wanted to be like ww.

  • Since when did getting a perm have such a deep meaning? It's just hair. It's easier to manage and less time consuming to get ready in the mornings for work etc. I'd love to see the surveys conducted in which 100% of black women said they wanted to be white. =/ no one asked me so therefore it's not a fact

  • @PeachesLuvsB5 True it is just hair but in my opinion its not healthy hair. Grant it nothing we do or eat is technically healthy but lets be real here. Perm for me is not a cop out but its a health issue a lot of these women do not know that perm has so many chemicals in it you can find under your sink. I say be careful. Personally I'm natural wear wigs not long fro'd and personally who gives a fuck if people hate BW in long, kinky, straight, and long hair its your hair Rock it. :-)

  • just bc a black woman straightens her hair that doesnt mean she wants to be white im biracial i straighten my hair bc its easier to maintain sometimes my hair is natural some times its straight

  • @salvarez8 straight hair is not easier to maintain than natural black hair. I hate when people use that excuse. It is easier to care for natural black hair than it is straight hair. natural black hair is also more beautiful than that flat straight hair.

  • GOD GAVE US FREE WILL FOR A REASON SO IF I WANNA SHAVE MY HEAD OR LET MY HAIR GROW NATURAL OR UN NATURAL THAT IS BETWEEN GOD & I. JUDGING OTHERS BECAUSE THEY CHOOSE TO LOOK A CERTAIN WAY IS DOWN RIGHT CRAZY & PREJIDUCE. I REALLY DOUBT GOD IS GONNA TELL ME IAM BANISHED BECAUSE I STAY OUT OF THE SUN OR I FLAT IRON MY HAIR. IT IS SAD THAT THIS IS EVEN A TOPIC. THERE ARE MUCH MORE SERIOUS ISSUES TO BE ADDRESSED. THIS TOPIC IS MIDEVIL. FREE WIILL BABY!

  • Because aint nobody got time through the week to be combing nappy shit..some ppl like to get up & go. Niggas be using wave kits & relaxers too. & white women get their lips & butt injected to look black. Cant we all just pull from eachother ? This shit is stupid it's 2011. I thank you Madam Cj Walker I rock a natural when I dont give a fuck but when If Im gettin glammed. Pressing comb!

  • I am a white girl with wavy hair. I straighten my hair every day. Does that make me wannabe/look-a-like white?

  • that is ridiculous. if a woman wants 2 have her hair straight, let her. it shouldn't hurt u none. if anyone is a hater it's probably u. like u trying to start a natural hair movement. african - americans r not the only ones who put extensions in there hair, asians, whites and whomever. and it seems to me its people like u who are still trying to keep the division in races, when we should just be one in people and the only race i see, is the HUMAN race. and that's coming from a natural hair woman

  • i get relaxers and weave in my hair, not to look white because honestly i love my caramel skin i would never trade it for pale. my heritage is something i treasure. number on asians hispanics italian and etc all apply extensions and weave to their hair, its not about replication its about a choice that you or any other race is entitled to judge us for :)

  • I would never tell a Latino with Blonde hair your trying to be white, or a black woman with blonde hair your trying to be white. I would never tell a white women, who puts a perm in her hair to make it curly your trying to be Black or Latino. She is an indiviual she can look whatever way she wants. White-America is so obessed with race. And minorities do it too, America period is so obessed with race get over yourself. Ask a Japanese why he diys his hair blonde, you find it is a selfexpression

  • Hell perms people with straight hair uses perms to make their hair curly. We all do the opposite if you ask me there is no set look that is perfect. Don't go on a video and view your bias opion about a group that is embracing their look. Go to a video that embraces white look and be proud. Their is always a hate group rainning on someones elses party proven again jealous issues or hate. If you don't like her embracing Black Beauty get off the page! Period.

  • Just like Asians introduce to America the art of Nails. Africans have always been creative with hair. " The Art of Hair". You can not assume every Black-American woman wears extensions. Just like I can't assume every White-American had surgery or wear extensions. We know this people their are indivuals in every race: Everybody diys their hair these days, every race is into self improvement, extension, make-up, contacts all things that don't change the person but enhance features.

  • Plastic Surgery introduce by The Western has tainted the whole world if you ask me. Asia eye lid surgery, Indian lighter skin issues, Black American features adjustment. You can not say someone is trying to be white because they don't like their nose. Same way I can't say someone is trying to be black getting a tan. You see how silly that sounds like you can really prove both. The art of hair extensions has been around since Romans, Egyptians, Greeks, etc so who did it first no one knows.

  • To be honest because someone who is white enjoys some aspects of Black Culture doesn't mean their trying to be black. And becasue someone diys their hair blonde doesn't mean their trying to be white. Every race diys their hair blonde: Lighter latinos, Lighter blacks, Asians, etc. Don't think their trying to pass for white it is an self expression more so. We all know Latinos are very proud, Blacks are and Asians so trying to be white is not in.

  • Indeed with perms, weaves, and skin bleaching cream

  • People! You forget that not all people within the same race are the same. I am african, born in america, and I have my natural hair. No weave. No relaxer. Just me. I will NOT say that white women want to be black and I will NOT say that black people want to be white. These are just generalizations. And generally, I think a LOT of people, regardless of race, may want to be something they are not. Why? Because of the media's standardization of beauty. And because of their own self conciousness.

  • @NtrlBlackLezboBeauty (cont'd) Please do not spread hate! We shouldnt be trying to seperate our world's children. Were supposed to be UNITING! We should be celebrating and ACCEPTING our DIFFERENCES. As a generalization, I dont feel as though blacks are envious of whites and I do not feel as though whites are envious of blacks. Lets not try to pinpoint what race is superior...or compete...why cant we all just love eachother and love our differences. Spread light! Spread peace!Spread love!

  • @NtrlBlackLezboBeauty i agree we should love each other as well as our differences, but e need to love ourself first, if you cant love yourself, how can you honestly love some one else?

  • @nkn2290 Thank you! It is just a shame how people can spread so much hate to others and still claim that they love theirselves. This is exactly why there is so much chaos and negativity in the world today.

  • @NtrlBlackLezboBeauty I do feel whites are envious. I have no problem if they like the features as long as they give US CREDIT. But they don't do that. They trash our features out of jealousy and then when they feel they can attain it or imitate it, they try to get the same features they previously said were "ugly". Thats racial envy to me as well as trying to be black, to me.

  • @told85 Some maybe are envious, but I am not one to speak of all. Bottom line: I love all races and if there are people that dont...that is their problem...not mine.

  • @told85 Give me Asian girls over those monkey Blacks anyday. Every thriving country you go to you destroy it.

  • @told85 Seriously whites aren't envious, please stop thinking that lol.

  • lol lol luv the last part lol lol lol

  • well the societies idea of beauty is a white woman so they are not trying to be white they are trying to fit in with what people find attractive and what they have is not considered attractive. ( Me being a nartual no perm 16 yearold girl)

  • white peps want to look black they get lip implants but implants and want to be darker (tan) ect. and black peps want to look white thinner noses staighter hair but black people get called out for it

  • you idiots,,its not about color but style, why do you make it always about your color?then cry racism,,thats your only defence of your short comings.stop crying,,

  • why tha fuck r you hateinq jus cuz you cant do it bitch grow tha fuck nd get a life find your inter beauty nd stop hateinq on otha ppls nd if a black girl want to be white i be danm if a white bitch wanna be black

  • The part of the video where you compare african hairstyles to that of white women is ridiculous because white owmen have ALWAYS braided their hair, white owmen have NATURALLY curly or bushy hair and white women getting tans is not to LOOK black, its to have a tan as white people CAN tan NATURALLY...also lisa bonet is half white as is lenny kravitz. If you wanna prove that black women dont want to be white then please tell them to stop wearing fake eyelashes and weaves...u can keeo ur nappy hair

  • @redsmooch989 wow you are very ignorant.you couldve worded your comment different ly.yet you come on here using very insulting words and try to put people own

  • Most of these chicks are of mixed race heritage, they are not black, and they are not white. What they have in common is they are hot. ;-)

  • @leostomicek

African Americans are of mixed heritage period. African Americans did not always exist. These women are beautiful. It doesnt matter if your mixed because of your parents or great great great grand parents, you will be considered black. We come in a variety of shades with a variety of hair textures and eye colors. You can have a light complexion with two black/African American parents. Beauty is in the variety.

  • @shatoyta2000 no Adam and Eve were black and they were the first people on Earth there were no other people to be mixed with so thats not a mixed race

  • @LangBellsChannel Adam and Eve were not African Americans so I am not speaking of Adam and Eve.

  • @shatoyta2000 oh cross that out sorry I misread your comment i thought you were saying black people were a mixed race or something like that

FYI, I only counted 2 that were biracial butterflies.

  • @leostomicek they are black

  • If anything, white people do it because black people do it. Ever hear of wigga's? The white wanna be black people? Braiding came from Africa, and weave and relaxers came from blacks as well (not sure which country; it may me america). White people follow black culture; hip-hop, rap, hair, clothes...white pop stars recruited black rappers for some of their songs. There's a little bit of "Black wanna be white" and "White wanna be black" from both sides. But it'sway more noticable with whites.

  • I have to disagree. Alot of young black people wear weave and get relaxers because it makes them feel prettier and it makes their hair more managable. Where is everyone getting this "Blacks wanna be Whites" thing from? You can't tell me some 8 year old black girl who gets tracks is doing because white people do it, or because her parents tell her the white folk do it. She does it because she sees other black people do it, and because she was raised like that. It's a black thing. nothing else.

  • CALL OUT THE UGLY PALE FACES WHO TAN, LIP INJECTIONS, ASS IMPLANTS, BOOTY POPS, DYE THEIR HAIRS, AND LISTEN TO OUR MUSIC. call those ugly SNOOKI FACE HOES OUT. they are trying to manipulate our features. THE BLACK WOMAN IS THE BEST AND SHE IS THE BEST WHEN SHE EMBRACES HER CULTURE AND STOP WEARING EURO WIGS.

  • FIRST OF ALL NO MATTER HOW A BLACK WOMEN WHERE HER HAIR,,,SHE IS NOT TRYING TO BE WHITE OR ACT WHITE..EVEN THE BLACK WOMEN WHO DYE THERE HAIR BLOND..IF SOME OF Y,ALL KNOW YOUR HISTORY AFRICAN HAVE BEEN DYEING THERE HAIR FOR CENTRYS..KEMIT PEOPLE WORE, BRAID WIGS..THIS SHIT IS NOTHING NEW!!!! SOME OF YOU BLACKMEN WANT TO CRITZIE BLACKWOMEN ON HOW THEY WHERE THEIR HAIR AS AN EXCUSE..TO BE SOME SELLOUTS..BUT LIKE THEY SAY KARMA IS A BITCH!!!

  • o sorry my comment wasnt for this video LOL! SOMEHOW IT GOT HERE

  • black people nowadays are so stupid..OUR HAIR DOESN'T MAKE US WHO WE ARE, and i find it ironic how you use an india arie song but you don't use 'I am not my hair' because we are not. people like you are the same bitches telling everyone its not whats on the outside that counts, yet you're always trying to tell us black women that our hair makes us? erm no it don't!why doesn't it bother you as much when we wear false nails?? yet false hair matters? some people are dumb

  • @MyBubblybubbly This argument is getting very annoying. Videos like this have to do with loving yourself completely. The fact that most black women in America put chemicals on their head/hair to hide their naural look, and get embarrased when it peaks through, signifies insecurity. Just accept it. If a person felt wearing make-up, and fake nails was the only way to be pretty they would be insecure, too. And yes, some people are indeed so dumb.

  • @wliddell01 exactly. Why can't people just appreciate beauty period. Has nothing to do with race!!!!

  • Wow. The music playing is just horrible.

  • its the most stupid thing i ever heard>>>>

  • im a white man and there aint no black woman in this that looks remotly white they all look like stunning proud black women they absouly fab they have a serten ethnic vibe i love it xx

  • Black women are gorgeous and look best w/o makeup and with their hair in its natural state.

BUT just because a Black woman straightens her hair does not mean she want to look White. White people are not the only people with straight hair (Asians, Native Americans etc) . SO do they want to look Asian and Native American too!?! such a fail argument. some people just want straight hair and it doesn't go beyond that. straight hair is not owned by any race

  • @nuke572 WORD!!!

  • Blech. The only ones in this whole video that aren't completely repulsive are the ones who have caucasian features. Some of then were bred with whites to give them these traits and others had plastic surgery to look more white. If you werre trying to prove that black women can look good without looking white then I'd say you failed.

  • @DJstoopnig people like you literally make me feel like vomiting.no joke.

  • @AnimazingAya So go vomit. I don't care.

  • Woot someone the hotest chicks are on here

  • .....I don't get how having braids, and dreads means white people wanna be black, they do braids and dreads in every race and country in the world.

  • @1000OceansWide also i dont get how having straightened hair means you want to be white when there are tons of races with straight hair.

  • @AnimazingAya Exactly, people can do what they want with their hair, girls with super straight hair get perms and curl it, everyone does a lot of things with their hair, trying things that come naturally to other races, is no big deal.

  • pretty soon the majority of the world will have brown skin and curly hair with all the mixing of races i guess then we'll find something else to fight about i think its ridiculous... everybody just love you the way god made you and that doesnt mean putting others down...when will this madness stop

  • why don't we all just apriciate our colours

  • umm u never showed how black women were trying to look like whites

  • @pookie1991able This whole video was a response to black women want 2 look white go look that video up

  • braids are not just a black thing, women in midevil times used to wear their hair in a braided updo. Also alot of white people have naturally curly hair and have afros, I know many who do. If you straighten your hair permanently with cemicals and presses you may not wish to be white but you do wish to have white hair.

  • @DyingOphilia Ive never in my life seen a white person of pure blood with an afro if u know of any videos plz post

  • White people don't put harsh chemicals CONSTANTLY in their hair to look like us. They also don't spend thousands of dollars to wear "black" wigs and weaves from African women. How often do you see a white woman with braids or locs vs how often do you see a black woman with a straight weave or relaxer?

  • Comment removed

  • @lakendrawriter alot of white people TRY to get dreads, corn rows, braids and along time ago tried to get afros.

  • @lakendrawriter more white people try to look black(tanning, lip injections, lip plumpers, butt pads, butt injections) than some brainwashed black people try to look white. I'm white and I can admit this.

  • @runxz1 I can understand you point. But women and in particular white women do not tan, get lip injections, wear butt pad (or get injections) to try to look like black women. Racially speaking, these are common traits among black women but they aren't really celebrated as being a 'black' beauty trait(except for the big butt thing). What black woman do you know is is celebrated because of her lips? I can name a white woman; Angelina Jolie.

  • Part2 What black woman is celebrated because of her dark skin? I will admit that several black women are celebrated because of their ample behinds what can most white people name one? Stereotypical black beauty traits are only really noticed and celebrated if it on a white woman. So, even with these so called 'black' traits, a black woman is never as celebrated with these traits as a white woman is.

  • Part3 The only black women that are celebrated in mainstream(white) culture as contemporary beauty icons are Beyonce(Creole) and Halle Berry(BW bi-racial). To be recognized as beautiful in our society you'd have to have 'white' traits (light skin, straight hair, thin nose, e.t.c.). Name one black woman with a wide nose who mainstream American considers beautiful(well, besides Tyra Banks).

  • Part4 You also have to understand the history behind it. Long ago, having pail skin proved that you were shaded from the sun and that you had money. Now, it means you probably live on the beach and you have money(focusing on the 'white women tan to look black' argument. When black women were bought to the U.S., our hair texture (a noticeable racial trait) was used to degrade us. Thomas Jefferson once wrote that black women were not as attractive as white women because our hair isn't long and

  • Part5 flowing(Notes on the State of Virginia ). Black women weren't allowed to do their hair and many of the resources that they had in Africa to make combs and hair products weren't available in America. After a while the techniques that they had were forgotten. After slavery, the only style that black women knew of(besides braids) were styles for straight hair. So the idea of our hair is 'hard to work with' comes up. For decades women tried everything to make their hair straight(i.e.good)

  • @lakendrawriter I also think black hair is genetically better than whites. From my understanding blacks don't get lice, but my race does. Everyone should wear a hat in the cold but if I don't wear one, especially in the winter than I can get very sick, a lot faster than someone with natural african american hair. Their hair is very protective. Which hair looks better is very subjective.

  • @runxz1 There is NO such thing a 'better' hair. That's just as ignorant as a black woman saying that white people's hair is better. They both have their advantages and disadvantages. Our hair might seem more thicker or 'protective' but it dry out A LOT easier than straight hair. Our hair was evolved for warmer climates. Straight hair for cooler climates. Straight hair doesn't get as dry as curly or kinky textured hair.

  • @lakendrawriter white hair is very oily, which is something else I don't like about my hair or straight hair for that matter.

  • Part6 like white people's. This whole good hair v. bad hair was passed on from generation to generation. A cycle of intra-racism(viewing one's one race as inferior) or in this case hair.

I know I left a lot of comments but I am very interested in this topic. What do you think?

  • @lakendrawriter That goes back to some blacks being brainwashed for centuries. I also remember it use to be called "unprofessional" by whites if a black woman wanted to wear her natural hair at her work. Job=Money=a means for survival. Didn't seem like some black women felt they had a choice. But Even so, I know many Black women who wear their hair natural or wear natural styles. I know many whites who want to look black by choice without being brainwashed to want to.

  • @runxz1 It is a system of brainwashing. Fortunately now we don't have to straighten our hair for people to hire us. The general 'American' idea of black natural hair is an afro or cornrows, but we have learned so much about our hair that now I can wear a bun, look 'professional' and still be natural WITHOUT straightening my hair. There are examples ALL over YouTube.Several news anchor women have gone natural and people seem very supportive. I don't think whites care about our hair.

  • @runxz1 Part2 We just continue to hold onto those old prejudices that white had toward us(and some still do). But the real problem is within our own community. How can we demand others to accept us and view us a beautiful if we don't accept ourselves?

  • hOWEVER COMPOSED THIS IS AN ASSHOLE BLACK IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE IN THE WORLD

  • People tend to miss the obvious..white women don't want to look black and black women don't want to look white..they want to look biracial or mixed. It makes sense..look at the images that hollywood or the music industry projects. The Vanessa Hudgens, the Jessica Albas, the Taylor Lautners, the Johhny Depps, the Wentworth Millers, the Selina Gomezs, the Kim Kardashians, on and on. Who does Justin Bieber promote..white girls or black girls? A trick question for some.

  • is it really this serious?

just do you people. just do you!

  • Black People Do want to be and look white...Its the truth and because so many black women are like this now, They will always defend why they subscribe to self hate..... Black Women would rather curse, fuss, and rant, than take out the weave or take off the wig......It is my belief that if God made us a certain way and we change that, We are saying to God..."I don't like the way you made me"

Say what you please but, the truth sets you free.......

  • I dont think Black Women want to be white. But Its obvious that White girls want to be black.White ppl tan 365 days a yr.And even build tanning beds in their own houses. They get lip injections, ass implants, and dye their dark so they cna pass for a "mixxed"race..Thanks to Kim KArdashian n Megan Fox..But if anything its advertised to black women that LIGHTER is Better bc its closer 2 white.White ppl r advertised to be "tanned" and Blacks r advertised to be "light".Its all about the dollar!

  • @bristay1 and? you are not any more coonery because you want to look like you're 60% white instead of 100%.

  • @Rockstafeller 1st of all u aint talkin about me cuz i LOVE ebin black. But white ppl dont get put on blast for this.ONLY BLACK PPL get the finger pointed at them for "self-hating" in reality its the whites n their media who feeds that into our heads.Thast why not only black ppl bleach theirselves and gets nose jobs. Its EVERY colored race. But when white ppl tan its Normal?its normal to get lip injections?get the fuck outta here.stfu talkin to me for real.

  • @bristay1 tan skin is default for Caucasians... Europeans are actually the minority if you get all eurasian Caucasians into consideration. i have yet to see someone aspiring for brown complexion, they want latina, middle eastern, mulatto look, not black. its just mantra that some black people repeat to themselves to..i dont know, feel better?

  • @Rockstafeller Yeah n u forgot the mixxed look..

Im sorry but i know hella white girls who talk about how good black ppl skin is..and how pretty lightskinned BLACK GIRLS look.Regardless they're black and they aint tryna be theirselves.black ppl, middles eastern, latina ppl all get put on blast about BLEACHING or plastic surgery or weave but when whites do it its okay?Getthefuckouttahere..Its obvious that i feel strong about this so u can stop writing me now.

  • @bristay1 " lightskinned BLACK GIRLS look" - thats exactly what i said. look up what "mulatto" means.

  • @Rockstafeller mulatto doesn't mean a lightskinned black.

  • @briarts oh of course it doesnt

i would be a millionaire for every time i hear an idiot say "i thought vanessa williams is just lightskinned"

  • @Rockstafeller Lol, right.

  • @Rockstafeller Vanessa Williams and Terrence Howard were actually BOTH born to biracial/mulatto parents. Mulatto does NOT mean light skinned black although many mulattoes technically could be called light skinned black lol

  • @briarts LOL. I never knew Mulatto meant a light skinned black haha

  • @chsn09 Mulatto mean half white/ Half Black what high is that person on ? lmao to say differently

  • @chsn09 you dont understand. in US many people genuinely believe they are JUST lightskinned. like, people are actually shocked Paula Patton's or Halle Berry's kid look White.

its not about identity or any politics or anything, they actually BELIEVE that.

  • @Rockstafeller People think that Victoria Rowell's daughter Maya Fahey is NOT her daughter because she came out white but people don't realize that Victoria Rowell is biracial/mulatta First generation and that her mother is a white descendant of the Pilgrims Mayflower and that her father is black presumably of African American ethnicity and he himself could have been mixed.

I see what you are saying. I hate when people say they are NOT mixed when clearly they are. Stop fooling yourself lol

  • @chsn09 Um.... it doesn't. I said in my comment above that it doesn't mean that.

  • @briarts Vanessa Williams and Terrence Howard were actually BOTH born to biracial/mulatto parents. Mulatto does NOT mean light skinned black although many mulattoes technically could be called light skinned black lol

  • @chsn09 I already know that. Mulattoes & light skinned blacks are not the same. There are many blacks who have light skin and aren't MGM or mulatto.

  • @briarts Well many light skinned blacks may actually be mulattoes lol. That is where the catch comes in. I know many people that say they are black when they are light skinned and happen to be FG biracials/mulattoes. But most light skinned blacks are usually MGMes. Black is ambiguous. Or perhaps there could be a genetic mutation in blacks that can cause them to be light skin at times but they have only so called "black" ancestry? I am not sure. I still don't know what black and white truly means

  • @chsn09 Yes, then those people who you say you know just choose to identify as black. Tisha Campbell is an example of a light skinned black person. I don't think there's any genetic mutation that can cause them to have light skin. It's about the ancestry & if peeople look back far enough, they will see where they possibly got their light skin if they aren't biracial or MGM.

  • @Rockstafeller mulatto means mixed (black and white)

  • @Rockstafeller and honestly what ur saying isnt true still becuz Ive seen white girls with Snooki ass tans DARKER than me,and im considered "brown".Ive looked at mags where the white girl had darrrrk ass tans with a white?yellow undertone. Its like black skin is beautiful just not on black ppl?im tired of these Snooki bitches not gettin called out but women of other races being put on front street.Fuck what ur talkin about dude..noq quit writing me ugh

  • @bristay1 why do black girls make their hair straight, blonde, belch their skin, get nose and lips job to look more caucasian?

  • @oronzo50 Okay. Why do people with striaght hair curl their hair, and hairstyle to look like black? Why do they go to tanning salons and lay out in the sun despite the strong possibility that they may sunburn( and many do!). Why get lip injections to increase lip size!? And but implants of all things! I'm not even black and i notice this. You have to realize many people are influenced by other cultures and looks and imitate. cheers.

  • @oronzo50 Um , i think its bc we are raised to believe that their is only 1 type of beauty . Light skin/ white skin , str8 hair small nose. The whole world is divided . in alllll different ways . Just pay attention to th media , how they advertise "whats hot and whats not". How they always put the blonde in the middle and the brunettes and redheads on the side is the same as lighter toned women bein in the fore front . Its all about mind control at the end of the day.

  • @oronzo50 Its sad bc they put blac women out their like we are the only ones trying to be other than what we are when thats not the case. But like i said we r all divided in different way. The same way the place the blonde in the middle of a commercial is the same as "lightskin" being in the fore front in the black communties.Their is a battle within us all . Look up The arrivals pt 23 Materliasm and the battle within . It will literally change your life.

  • @Rockstafeller I culd have sworn middle eastern ppl n latina ppl r BROWN!!Mexicans call theirselves BROWN boo.Middle Eastern bleach becuz some r BROWN..n they cary froma light to dark brown..n ive seen white girls with light to DRAK ASS SNOOKI ASS BLACK tans

  • @bristay1 Snookie isn't white, she is latin. Her skin is going to be get darker easier than someone that is white, from say England.

  • I AM AN AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMAN WHO'S HAIR IS RELAXED... BEING AFROCENTRIC DOESN'T MEAN YOU HAVE TO REVERT BACK TO NATURAL HAIR. WHAT IT STATES (TO ME) IS A CERTAIN LEVEL OF AFRICAN CONSCIOUSNESS. THE ABILITY TO READ BETWEEN THE LINES AND HAVE AN IN-DEPT KNOWLEDGE OF OUR STRIPPED CULTURE. LOCKS AND OUR NATURAL CURL PATTERN IS BEAUTIFULLY WORN BY MANY AS A REPRESENTATION OF OUR CONNECTIONS TO OUR LOST ROOTS. HOWEVER, THE KNOWLEDGE IS MORE POWERFUL THAN THE IMAGE.

  • black....white....why you're so fixed with this stupid things? first of all we must be ourself....nobody is better then the others..if someone want to use "black beauty" or "white beauty" don't care about it. anything is white or balck...everything is of everybody.

  • lmao i love this video.

and all of my white friends (even jewish / israeli descent) have curly hair and have to wake up and straighten their CURLY hair in the morning; black people, when they leave their hair in its natural state, do the same thing.. so don't think that having straight / long hair is a characteristic of white people, folks. it's REALLY not. black natural hair is just like anyone else's and i'm natural and embrace it :) thankssss.

  • f**k this and hw are they even actin\ show that they wana be white....?

  • @tapileeee the video is proving that black women DON'T want to be white bro.. it's a video response to someone SAYING THAT and proving that we DON'T and calling people who think we do HATERS.. you missed the point.

  • @CRUNKKGLAM oohhhh lol my badd to the person who made this lol

  • @bristay1 lol i thought the same thing as you though when i first saw it.

  • wow im natural and i dont like wat this video is saying..my hair is kinked and curled while my lil sister was born with stright hair (no perm) so wat does that say about her? her stright hair does not make her any less black then i am. and no we r not mixed. we really need to learn that everything is beautiful and need to stop trying to put everything into a group.

  • @alcovyhigh almost evrybody is mixed nowadays the ones that are not mostly have distinct features if u trace ur ancestry you will find this 2 be true...no africans were born with straight hair, i have very curly hair with a dark brown complexion my grandmother was half cherokee indian so i kno im not 100% african descent, im proud of who i am all parts of my ancestry not sayin anybody is better than anybody if it is apart of you be proud of it, the problem is most blacks dont know who they are

  • @MrShad1532 thats funny beacuse we are african american but both of my parents are from south africa. wat you need to do is go bk and read wat i said because ur post has nothing to do with wat i said. next ur gona tell me that africans cant be of lighter skin. i never said that i was not proud of being black or that i did not know who i am or where i come from.

  • @MrShad1532 I said wat i said because my sister comes home at times crying because grown adults and most kids say she is a wana be black girl because her hair does not look how they think it should look. i never said that i dont know where i come from (because i do and i see im family in south africa and france every summer) so idk were u pulled that from. also i never said that i was not proud to be black? u typed all that but still did not answer the question in my last post.

  • Every race should love themselves and in that it doesnt mean putting down another race, not coz Im black and have full lips and a round rear means I must insult a white womans thinlips or a Chinese woman's flat rear, and in turn other races shouldnt insult the texture of my hair because theres is straight, self love is the 1st step to appreciating others.

  • @MsKimmova well said

  • its a known fact that the majority of black women are jealous of white women and other women with ..straight hair, lighter skin, etc. its well known. thats why you see a lot of black women straighting there hair, bleching there skin, using contacts. when was the last time a black woman thought a afro was sexy??

  • @SUPERBADMASH1 Jealous of white women?..NO!!! Im a black women and I LOVE natural hair (Yes I think its sexy). I had a relaxer before not b/c i wanted to be white, I have a lot of hair and it was hard to manage when I was younger. If you didn't realize black women are starting to embrace their natural hair more than ever. My family and I are transitioning our hair from relaxed to natural as well. Your so called known fact is just a myth.

  • @SUPERBADMASH1 you are right

  • @SUPERBADMASH1 no black people straight their cause they can do more with thier than white women and i never seen a blk women bleaching their skin and contacts white people wear contacts to u act like there isnt any blk people with colorful eyes white women want to be blk especially when they with a blk man trust me i seen it alot

  • this vid is funny. maybe u just wanted some attention. im about tired of ppl making every issue, whether fashion or politics, into a racial issue. fashion is about self expression. not looking black or white, etc. i have a natural fro but at times my fro just dont look so hot with certain outfits so i switch the game up and sew in some hair, pop on a wig and boom a whole new look and it doesnt have a thing to do with wanting to look like a white woman.

  • One day soon this shit aint going to matter. So keep the bull shit going.

  • lol nice video... the truth

  • "BLACK POWER" thats all I gotta say.im light skin but im still a black woman and this video do make sense and its true.im not racist at all,im mixed with italian and african american.i got love for all racist but this racism thing needs to stop

  • Every race has his beauty, but i think you shouldnt mix up :)

  • don't just a book by its color, there are black women out there who look better than white women and white women look better than black women.

  • @sharinngth you are right dont just a book by its color

  • HAHA THE WHITE PART WAS FUNNY...ESP WITH THE MUSIC

  • alek wek!!!!!!!!!!! :)

  • Lauryn Hill & Erykah Badu & Jill Scott are perfect examples of natural beauty! and they dont ever get on stage and dance around half naked shaking their butts and exposing themselves like some other black female stars (you should know who*)...by the way LaurYN Hill has had one of the best albums in the History of Music.!!

  • the might be beautiful to blacks, but me being white THEY AINT.

  • @junkman19571 and your point?

  • @junkman19571 who cares what u think ok, u a nobody

  • Go to Africa ,you will find women with natural straight hair, pointed noses,blue/green eyes but who still have black skin .Afrocentrism is a stupidity like Eurocentrism

Stop sayin that you are victims it feeds those who exploit you and keep you in a state of non-productivity and you mr black male stop making babies if you re not gonna be there for them at least use a condom ,i know many black guys who s father whre not there for them thats why they become criminals cos they didnt have discipline

  • @SonofJaphet Where did you get that information? All the africans ive seen have the typical wide noses, brown eyes that blacks normally have.

  • @hereticarmy not all blk people have brown eyes and wide noses that streotype

  • @youngmoneyrealist05 The vast majority do.

  • @SonofJaphet its easy 2 point fingers but you have 2 touch on the cause of this, dont get me wrong there are some who give us a bad rep mostly due 2 ignorance, but black males are victims of oppression just like black women it is the white man who teaches you that your own men are unworthy, lazy, deadbeats, this country was built on the blood of the nativesand the backs of our forefathers,so if you want 2 bash your own brothers go ahead you would be falling rite into theyre plot

  • everyone stop and get a reality check . BLACK REAL DARK NON MIXED GIRLS CANT WIN ! you want to know why THE MOUTHFWUCKINN MEDIA ! sure yes i agree black is wonderful but maybe its just where i lived i am ASHAMED ! my lips are huge by teeth oh no. my hair dont get me started myskinohgaawdidoneven take pictures of myself anymore ! were all thinking this so dont act like u u do whitepppl so beautful everythingisin porportion wonderful hair eyes ahh ... so beautiful isnt it? we all are thinking .

  • @the1theonlyganggirl what a lost soul it must be hard bieng you they really have convinced you to hate yourself ill pray 4 u

  • lol this video is stupid not every black women who straightens relaxes weaves or wigs there hair is trying to be white . i relax my hair but i love braids and other "Afrocentric" hairstyles also i jus prefer straight hair most of the time plus im not very skilled with hair and i cant handle it in its natural state which is the reason a lot of ppl get relaxers . i LOVE being black wouldn't have it any other way i thing all our shades and shapes r beautiful . close minded video.

  • jajajaj EVERYTHING black women do to so called LOOK LIKE WHITE WOMEN..are REMOVABLE..unlike surgery and risking skin cancer ;) jajajajaja
