@themmageneral forrest has one of the biggest heart in the sport, if you think by running out of the ring had anything to do with heart, your stupid. forrest got knocked down 3 or 4 times in 3 mins and what did he do? still pressed the pace and showed no fear, try training 6-8 weeks and build yourself up to fight the best p4p in the world, running out disrespectful yes, nothing to do with heart tho... talk is cheap.

Not tryin to be a jerk, just adding some critique...i like how you have the saying about losing heart, but then you show forrest griffin lying down after his loss to A. Sliva, in which he showed no heart by running out after the fight? And then there were just some odd shots, such as A. Silva's illegal upkick against Okami. All in all, a good video, but still, some of that didn't really catch the Warrior Spirit for me.
