  • take your weapons and serve.

  • Epos!

  • dude black sabbath is to sick XD

  • Look out! there's danger! no where to run!

It seems like desperate measures but sometimes it has to be done

    Over, it's over at last

There's a message inside as we build a new life from the past

We're falling off the edge of the world!

Yes, the edge of the world!

It's the end of the world!

  • love it still have the vinyl safe and secure ill never let this album go

  • love it :)

  • You tube there is a dislike button here plz remove it. In fact remove it from all Black sabbath songs.

  • Tony's total guitar style had changed&upgraded with Dio. Amazing!

  • Great Sabbath...Great DIO!!!!!!

  • We must have been separated at birth, lol, I've been saying practically the same thing about how HAH and MR compare for as long as I can remember! I've also always found this song to be a sort of thematic twin to Blue Oyster Cult's Veteran of the Psychic Wars.

  • Crank this shit up in your fucking Speakers

  • Crank this shit up in your fucking Speakers You got to ITS FUCKING DIO BROTHA

  • 2:09 is such an awesome riff!

  • Nirvana Knocked the steam out of meatal.I don't know why.It wasn't even that good. But it was better then .the hairband era.(some of it)Like winger, warrent,Poisen,ect...Sabbath survived though and they continued to rock untell 2009

  • @smithdsmit I disagree. I think Nirvana knocked the hairspray, makeup, and hairspray out of metal. Actually Soundgarden did the heavy lifting but Nirvana gets the credit.

  • @ndteegarden Ever heard of Metallica?

  • anyone notice how in the pocket and awesome geezer sounds on this track?

  • @arkee71 Everyone notices that...it's harder not to notice :)

  • Black Sabbath, with Ronnie James Dio, Kicks Serious Ass!!

In my opinion, "Heaven and Hell", "Mob Rules" and "Dehumanizer" with Dio are the BEST FUCKING BLACK SABBATH ALBUMS!!!

I PREFER RONNIE JAMES DIO WITH BLACK SABBATH OVER HIS OWN BAND, "DIO". ALTHOUGH DIO DOES HAVE SOME BAD-ASS SONGS FROM HIS "DIO" DAYS!!!

    LONG LIVE RONNIE JAMES DIO!!!

  • "...think you're safe, but you're wrong..." His Lord Majesty Ronnie James Dio.

You are wrong. The Wolves are at the door.... Lock 'em up....

  • i have nothing against OZZY ( he is immortal) but i think MOB RULES is THE BEST heavyest Black Sabbath ever achieved, its like Back in Black in AC/DC record... mile stone in Black Sabbath discography... Its kinda seems like Ozzy was limited band... they expand envolved and created in my opinion best BLACK SABBATH record ever

  • The only video I've seen on video with no dislikes... Nobody can dislike Dio.

  • I LOVE this song sooo much! AMAZING!!! Favorite song!

    \m/~~~

  • IMO. ! DIO IS SEATED AT THE RIGHT HAND OF THE SON OF GOD!

FOR ME ,HE WAS A PROPHET,MENTOR,FATHER,BROTHER AND MY PRIEST(NEXT TO YESHUA)....SO TO ANSWER THE QUESTION ONCE AND FOR ALL ---HE'S WITH OUR FATHER IN HEAVEN--UR MISSED VERY MUCH!!!

  • I love how only Sabbath videos have NO dislikes.

    Absolutely in love.

  • The intro riff is so Pink Floyd-like...

  • @ordepcbmt Umm, kinda. You mean it reminds you of a Pink Floyd song, or just the style?

  • Isn't it the best riff ever composed by mortal men?

    Absolutely divine...

    \m/

  • Some beg the question where dio is now.... But as he would say himself "Its always a mystery, just like you and me"

  • I grew up with this magic. Somewhere along the way it got lost in the shuffle of the next great band discovery. And there were some great ones ,such as Janes addiction , chilli peppers , alice in chains etc. But sitting here typing in the shit that really matters.... nothing compares to the masters.

  • Perfect metal, ezt DIO és Appice hozta a black Sabbathba.

  • Dio Sabbath is quality and greatness...Ozzy Sabbath is just great but quite far of DIO...Now Dio is killing the Dragon in the other world.

  • what the kids dont get these days is thatthis album and many others of its time was incredible front to back and back in the day it was like the album was one song ...you couldnt pick one out it was the entirity of the whole album and the metal vibe it gave off and still does...you cant play a song and then turn it off you start it and its a ride til the last tune...DIO LIVES ON IN OUR MEMORIES!!!

  • @ozzman889

Dude you are so right. I still listen to my old cassette tapes alot for that reason, because you have listen to the whole thing too! But cd or tape or vinyl , I listen from start to finish.

  • @ozzman889 Lets consider ourselves fortunate to have lived in that era of great music

  • ALL HAIL THE EVIL ELF!!!

  • ALL HAIL THE EVIL ELF!!!

  • the riff starting at 2:09 is AMAZING..although ozzy sabbath made its imprint, dio sabbath just so much better. musically, lyrically...omg. saw them in chicago before the great one succumbed to cancer...what a show

  • I'm pissed that I lived 20 years without hearing this song.

  • @bamaredd91 Completely agree with you. I also lived about 20 years without hearind most of Dio songs.

It's kinda shame. but i discovered Dio songs only after the news of his death...

  • @ddd9022 as long as you stay fans now :) \m/

  • @ddd9022 yeah but know youve heard it which is great..dio rocks

  • this is my favorite song from this album

  • No one can top such greatness!..

  • @Metalbob011 You got that right!!! Black Sabbath, with Ronnie James Dio, Kicks Serious Ass!!!

    Doesn't get any better!!!

  • @1962drob No duplication for such perfection. Kills to know it is done. I honestly believe Dio, Tony, Geezer and Vinny would have done many more perhaps as great as this ablum. \m/-_-\m/

  • @Metalbob011 I know man!! It's really sad that Ronnie James Dio is no longer with us. You're right. Dio, Tony, Geezer and Vinny would have put out more great albums as good as "Mob Rules".

KEEP ON ROCKING DUDE!!! \m/ \m/

  • only the best from Dio........rest in peace

  • great jam all time classic

  • lol, no dislikes! :)

  • This is atleast the top 5 metal song I´ve ever heard, and Heaven and hell ofc :) Love you DIO!

  • Fucking Under-rated Band Man.

  • This was always one of my favorites. I kinda liked Black Sabbaths music better with Dio.

  • Saw him with Mob Rules and 5 times solo.

    A GOD.

  • That start around 1:32 makes me think of Fade To Black

  • Listening to this song while staring at mount Olympus is epic!!!

  • they had good chemistry

  • R.I.P RONNIE JAMES!!!!!

  • Ohh shit this is awesome! the new shit they call metal is nothing compared to this!

  • @tynpoom

and wow.. ur a newcomer? get a life, and stop looking for you tube for acceptance. you belittle the music you attempt to deify just to get "thumbs up!"

what's next? the best part is 0:00-5:07? zeeesh......

  • @cybercat08520 or better yet. "0 people deserve to fall off the edge of the world" Why can't people write shit that they actually feel about the song. Even writting that it's their favorite is better.

  • @tynpoom Couldn't have said it any better.

  • @tynpoom You can blame bands like Metallica for that! They destroyed good old classic metal in my opinion.

  • @Audioslave3 Metallica have done only good for the genre of metal.

  • @Audioslave3 Yes agree with you...Metallica started the bad trend. They thinned the line between noise & music

  • @vu2vvp whats wrong with extreme metal....

  • @tynpoom They actually call new music "Metal"? Are you serious? Today's music is complete shit! These new bands don't know how to rock, not like Black Sabbath! Black Sabbath does it right!!!

IT'S UP TO US TO KEEP THE SPIRIT OF REAL HEAVY METAL ALIVE!!!

  • best metal voice!!!

  • i love this song, R.I.P Dio

  • powerful voice

  • 1981 was the year I joined the army and this album was the first thing I bought with my first paypacket. Fuck it brings back some great great great memories.

  • Comment removed

  • This song , the whole album brings back the days of early metal, long hair and good acid, listening to Black Sabbath, cranked !!

  • 1:32 Metallica - The Outlaw Torn

not that Metallica ever denied their love of Black Sabbath, i'm just sayin

  • What can you say? Kicks ass Toni,Geezer, Ronni like a sore dick can't beat it!

  • Comment removed

  • Even though this is a very dark and heavy song dios voice is still pretty uplifting and I think thats one of Iommi's best riffs for sure

  • FUCKING...BAD...ASS!!!!!!!!!!

  • This is one of the best songs about suicide ever. It's up there with Black Diamond by KISS, Don't Fear the Reaper by BOC, Beyond the Realms of Death by Judas Priest and Fade to Black by the mighty Metallica.

  • @mikedonn71 agree with you a lot, by the way another underrated Dio song about suicide is Hey Angel. Cheers.

  • the live version at radio music city hall 2007 is incredible

  • this and heaven and hell - classic albums

  • El Dios! The best Sabbath album of them all, love Ozzy, but this album rocks!!! :)

  • amazing song ! i love this album......check out my videos

  • Saw this tour in So Ca as a 16 yo-- Dio was "god" from that moment on.

  • Fantafuckastic!!!!

it's the one of the best song in metal music!!

    R.I.P DIO

  • One of the best and most under-rated songs from this album.

The main riff is very hypnotic. The way it spins around. Great riffing.

  • A post on YouTube doesn't get any better than this. Thank you RakyMaky.

    RakyMaky

  • your powerfull voice will be forever in our brains, the horns of the devil are your legacy too...

    R.I.P. Ronie James Dio

  • What Can I Say That Hasn't Been Said Before, The Greatest Band In The WORLD!!!

Ronald James Dio - YOUR MUSIC LIVES ON!

  • anyone know what the artwork for mob rules is/supposed to mean? it looks creepy

  • At the beginning, Dio's voice sounds really similar to Freddie Mercury's

  • @parussation ....Respect... Please do not compare gay dicksuckers voices with DIO voice.... is true Dio voice sometime is soft but always it turns power as an apocalyptic earthquake begining moving your floor...

  • @simpleagression that cocksucker had one of the most powerful voices in music .having a powerful has very little to do with where a man likes to put his dick.but given the huge power of freddies and rob halford's voices you cant rule out the possibility of it helping.lol

  • Every single riff on this whole album makes me eargasm.

  • @PisauraXTX Definitely one of the best albums, in Metal history. Thankfully, we can still enjoy it, despite radio never playing any of it.

  • @kyokogodai we should call the radio stations n tell them to play it

  • @nonesta13 Oh yeah! Problem is, would they even have it to play?

  • this is from 1981? yes? wow this song was wayyyyy ahead of its time!!!

the lyrics ring true of today! what a mess were in as a society!

  • @menasnow 81'was dam good time for Dio and those who were lucky enough to be there.

  • Black Sabbath!

    Iommi = chill bumps!!!!!

    Geezer = Fist pump!!

    Dio = \m/ \m/

  • Is this a crazy, ungodly guitar solo or what?

The solo in this song is up there with 'Lonely is the Word'

  • luv these songs jus as much as i did 30 years ago! The bass is just epic...

Puts rap and hip hop to shame.

But some Rhianna back ups might be cool...LOL!

  • seems like desperate measures but sometimes it's got to be done......awesome!!

  • best Dio song ever. thanks.

  • mob rules by far was my favorite album they did with dio, its fuckin melodic and heavy, but not to take away from heaven and hell, i just dig this more rip dio

  • This song has only 18706 views? What the fuck is wrong with people??

  • @Audioslave3 They are off somewhere, wasting their time with Justin whatshisname, drinking coolers. No worries mate! That number will climb!

  • @kyokogodai I sure hope so!

  • On 2:26 it seems like the drums change the tempo. awesome section. This whole song is just... undescribable. just epic.

  • Ronnie is the best !

  • R.I.P Ronnie James Dio

  • niestety tylko parę nutek zostało :(( RIP DIO [*]

  • Only one way to describe this song: absolute masterpiece

  • \m/....* * ....\m/

  • Almost 4 months have passed and it's still hard to believe he is no longer with us.

  • @eruptionmat But he is.

  • wow. all the hits on this album and this song is so fresh.... it's been 15 or so years.

good metal only gets better. Both Dio/Sabbath albums have got to be top 10 on anyone's list.

    no clunkers.

  • Meanwhile in Hell:

Micheal Jackson: oh my gaaahd so scary down here. Im so frightning, please god im sorry ill give you mercy.

    *Splat*

    Dio: Shut The Fuck Up!!!!

  • @JoHnS0123 Dio is in Heaven my friend!! He was such a great man, that God would have to be out of his mind not to let him into Heaven! R.I.P. Dio

  • @minislash2112 That´s no true. Dio was such a great man that he took gods place! RIP DIO!

  • @JoHnS0123 LOL, but i have to agree that Micheal Jackson is very Overrated. People think he is a musical "Genius" and always over look real Geniuses like Black Sabbath, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, and Pink Floyd while talking about Micheal. He did not write most of lyrics (While Geezer, Dio, Lennon, Plant wrote very deep lyrics) and could not play an instrument well.

  • Thimbs up! This song is awesome! This entire album was great. Very powerful song! Great song choice! Thanks for the upload! RIP RJD...

  • The Violins at the beginning...It´s like from another world....amazing...

  • The whole song is great but the begining is AMAZING!

  • I was in bed with headphones and some F.M. played the entire record. Kept me pleasantly awake. I doubt the law allows radio to do that any more.

  • @eldorado61guy Kshe 95 here in St. Louis plays full albums every Sunday from 6pm to Midnight.

  • 2:10 ftw !!!

  • Thx for uploading my Favorite & thx for all comments i also wanted to write.

  • damn i luv this song. sabbath was good with ozzy, but was phenomenal, with dio at the helms. r.i.p ronnie, the best metal singer of all time fa sho.

  • driving fast with Mob Rules really loud--get ya there with hell ta spare!

  • I think about closing the door...

  • Love this... RIP DIO!!! you will always be in our hearth.....

  • One of the most powerful metal songs of all time! Geezer's bass bristles with power, as does Iommi's guitar. Throw in Dio's vocals and you have a "true" classic!

  • @kyokogodai You forgot the power of the drums :D

  • @kyokogodai Dont forget Bill Ward with an amazingly tight performance on drums.... Sabbath is truly the total package.

  • @85Funkadelic I don't believe Bill Ward worked on this one. Vinnie Appice was the drummer on this album. However, if anyone ever forgets Bill Ward (and his contribution to the fabulous music Black Sabbath created), they should be drawn and quartered. Bill Ward is an amazing drummer. Better than Keith Moon and so many other "superior" drummers of rock and roll. He only gets his due from people like us, which is fine. They can listen to mamby-pamby stuff. We have Sabbath!!

  • @kyokogodai Thanks for the education! I looked it up and indeed Ward was not on this album it was Vinnie Appice. Still some great drumming (I play) I love how tight the band is on some of these songs.

  • @kyokogodai Yep Bill Ward is undoubtably one of the best. Millions and millions of metal fans around the world know this to be a fact.

  • Comment removed

  • @deads2048 Oh Yeah! Any good metal head knows about Carmine's MONSTER influence on the skins. Last time I saw Dio (along with Geezer) on "That Metal Show", they were asked which of the Appice brothers were best. Both Dio and Geezer voted Carmine. So did I (although my vote didn't count, lol). It is so great, that so many metal heads appreciate the drums, so much!!!

  • @kyokogodai DIO IS THE BEST LEAD SINGER EVER, !!!! I DONT CARE WHAT PEOPLE SAY, HE IS THE BEST!!!!!

  • @kyokogodai

I agree - this is one of the alltime greatest Metal songs!

    Long live Dio

  • @kyokogodai what about vinny appice?

  • @billgeezeriommi Not ignoring Vinny, no way!! I was thinking of Bill Ward, when typing the post. Since I knew he was not the drummer on the album, I just skipped the drummer. It was an error, because Vinny was terrific on this album.

  • @kyokogodai Agreed.
