I find it easier to do in Vegas or Premiere pro because when you do a ramped time remap in premiere -when you drag the line down you see by how much you are slowing it down e.g. 20% speed. How can I know by how much in After effects. It seems a bit hit and miss, is there a way of choosing?

its not suppose to have sound when you import it. once you go to render it, you click lossless settings and go to the bottom of the box and check off audio output. then you click render. after it renders it will have sound trust me
