Some of the clips were great (like when he is standing with the bb gun, has the snarl on his face, falls down the shelves and almost gets hit by the truck) but the clip of him with one of the wet bandits, and the parents running around the bed, etc.... some of those clips just plain looked goofy. So what I would have done for this movie judging from the trailer is that Kevin asks the old man if he could kill his family - and he does while the other two guys Harry and Marv are trying to rob the house - they witness the ordeal but before they let anyone know they are murdered by Kevin and the old man.
