The US military just operates based on changing policies of the douchebags in Washington. One second the US is killing anyone they think might be a threat, the next they are acting like they can just build a road through their town and make up for their heinous presence and actions, and throw confusing bureaucratic paperwork at them. I want to return to Afghanistan (relatives live near Jalalabad) to work on improving provincial/district governance.

I can speak the language (Pukhtu), respect & understand the culture, have educational & work experience that can be used.
