hey, I also have an 1990 ford tempo 2 door automatic (I hate that 3 speed) not in good shape outside, some accidents =) but the interior and the engine is just in really good shape, 190000 km and still runing fine

i have one 2-door 92 topaz, is the best car i've ever driven... take good care of it, it's a very noble car the 4-cyl topaz... my car has 100,000+ miles, and it hasn't failed more than 3 times...

hahaha This one did fail..... badly cancer took it. and that 4 cyl. was SOOOOO terribly gutless..... I had a hard time with it on the highway with the three speed auto. if I did it again, I would get a 5 speed. my buddy has one in his ranger 2.3 and it is lots better though still gutless lol. I have seen these cars wit 200k+

I love Mercury vehicles. My first car was a 92 Cougar ls, it was white with blue interior like yours. I've had 5 cars since I was 16 and 3 were Mercs, 2 Cougars and a Sable. Love(d) them all dearly.

Not a bad car for the $ you paid, looks like it was well kept for the most part.

Actually its baby blue the camera didnt give it justice..... yea I actually like it as well except for it being too low (I am 6') lol..... I was looking at a 1991 ford taurus and a 1990 lumina also but this one was the best deal DISPITE its disagreeable personality LOL

I've got the same problem with being tall. Yea, the int. isn't a regular blue, I think Mercury calls it crystal blue. I'm sure you know this but any used car will have some issues/personality flaws. lol. But with good up keep, the right knowledge and cash most anything can be fixed.

I dont know HOW they got it to qualify as is sheer size it was like another foot wider at LEAST and then heaver for sure so it was a tank compared to the others LOL

I take that back it wasnt a pinto is was a AMC pacer (they called this a fish tank on wheels for a good reason!)

Yea thats good! there was a pinto with a 4 cyl engine that kicked ass in the wabasha derby a few years back. it OWNED the compotition. it was funny to watch the cars run from it. Escorts and especially the Metros. a game of cat and mouse LOL
