They are a third world country, they are making the best of it. Also don't knock it till you try it. I eat stuff like this every day when I go to work, and although it did take time to adjust, I was opened minded and I'm thankful I was. I enjoy eating with my bosses family. I'd say everyone's complaining rather excessively about that cutting board. It's only had presumably clean edible food cut on it and I bet it was clean before it was put into use for cooking. Only valid reason to be concerned about cleaning off that cutting board between uses is to make sure you don't unintentionally alter the taste of your food with pieces of some other ingredients getting mixed in.
