  • Holla! Have you considered - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cooworker got great Six pack abs and lost a lot of fat with it.

    you can not target "weight loss"

    you have to overall lose weight.

    you can do 100 of these and you will notice little improvement in your double chin.

    instead you are going to have to do cardio exceriszes and lose weight all over your body.

  • @SmashBrosBrawl I'm underweight by 10 pounds. Doesn't matter how much I try to gain weight in a healthy way; my metabolism is extremely high; yet I have excess chin fat. I don't think the only way to get rid of it is to get smaller. That wouldn't be beneficial.

    this can help to a extent because it tones your muscles in the neck making your skin tighter.

    But you really wont lose double chin "fat"

  • @ryin2011 The truth is that if you starve yourself, you gain back the weight really fast. It also makes it hard to burn fat, because your body is storing up whatever fat you have left. You can die from anorexia. I'm not trying to tell you how to live your life, just thought it might be good to know...

  • @copnite12342 When you have a skinny person with a triple chin, it's often caused by their head being back too far in relation to their spine. They need to straighten out their back and neck to align correctly.

    No need to keep mouth open. Just open and close the mouth. Slowly.

  • I just stopped eating for a few days. I've noticed a big difference already. I've lost 7 lbs and my face looks good again. Guess I'm going to have to be underweight the rest of my life, because when I weigh what I should all the weight goes to my face.

    No. There is no need to fast or go on a crash diet to lose face fat.

    That is not the right way, and is detrimental to your health.

  • @ezFaceExercises everything is detrimental to your health. I've already done it. My face is starting to look better. I'm happy now. I don't take care of myself as it is; I drink and I smoke. I'm not going to live very long, but I'm ok with that. Got to enjoy your life.

    Are you tilting your upper body backwards?

    The upper body should be in the upright position when stretching the neck backwards.

  • i REALLY hope this works! hahaha around how many times should i do this a day? and when do you think i should be expecting massive results? i have a HUGE double chin, and i think im heading towards the triple! :( i have a normal or skinny body, but i feel like a bobble head because my face is so huge!

    I just did it for three days three times a day

    and the double chin I developed from pnemonia steriod weight gain was gone

  • @ezFaceExercises from what i heard is that when you do regular facial exercises, you build more muscle under chin than before hence, when stopping its sags, stretches and actually gets worse.

    In this video, the goal of the face exercise is to tone the chin, neck and jowls muscles.

    Toned facial muscles gives you a more defined face shape. Muscles that lack exercise, tends to be flabby and sags prematurely.

    And yes, we need to keep up with the exercises to maintain face fitness. If you stop exercising, there is no adverse effect.

    You're right. People with a healthy body weight can also develop a double chin.

    No. We do not recommend it.

    You get better result by doing a series of selected facial exercises, rather than doing repetitions of the same exercise in a session.

    If your body fat percentage is higher than the healthy limit, it is wise to supplement the face exercise program with calorie burning cardiovascular exercise.

  • "stretch your neck as far as possible" sounds like a really bad idea your very likely injure urself

    The neck stretch when perform correctly, should not cause you discomfort or pain.

    Do the neck stretch slowly(avoid sudden jerk) and go only as far as you feel comfortable.
