  • Thanks for the video and the idea! I've pulled my Voyager out of mothballs to do this mod. I've also increased the elevator size and am converting it to a tail-dragger. Hmm...maybe some barndoor ailerons?? Looking forward to getting it back in the air!

  • @XYooper906 Thanks ! This mod is well worth the effort - a bigger elevator will be awesome. You should see it flat spin ! Also does a super knife edge. It is a vintage plane now but I still love flying it. I still want to do the tail-dragger conversion - it will look great that way. Post a video when you have it done ! I'm just finishing a similar conversion on a NitroPlanes 60-size low-wing trainer (including the elevator and tail-dragger), 1.20 engine, hoping it will fly nice as well.

  • Very cool video! A freind at the club is giving me one and I am going to convert it to electric.

  • @E744763Productions Glad you liked it. I'm likely to convert it to a float plane this summer.

  • Nice Vid! Could you give me the specs & battery size u use in the "super" voyager?

    Is the gas tank stock?

  • Stock gas tank, the receiver battery is a 4x AA cell 2000mAh NiMH, the glow driver uses a 2 AA cell 5000 mAh NiMH
