Here in Brazil, this would not happen. The memorandum would have been delivered, in hands, to the addressed person. Anyway, Afriforum had its voice heard through broadcast. The true democracy includes all minorities with the majorities. I saw no white person on the sidewalk, in the police squad neither inside the building´s entrance door. Anyway, the result was even better than printed papers. Good luck!
