The Super Sentai Series (スーパー戦隊シリーズ Sūpā Sentai Shirīzu version is very different, The American version is still good. I love the rangers.

I like how Zordon doesn't even know where the temple is, much less being SURE if it exists. So, in theory, he could have just said "fuck this" and teleported them to some barren wasteland so they can all die. That would probably be why Alpha was like "I hope we did the right thing...!"

okay, there's one thing I don't understand. How could they completely lose their powers if they lost their zords? what do the zords' destruction have to do with their powers?

@sbarrow06 Some teams of Rangers have their powers directly tied to certain things. For example, season 3 had the Ninja powers tied to the Rangers' life force energy. In this case, the Morphin Grid was in overload trying to stabilize the Thunderzords. When they shorted out, it caused a type of surge in the Grid, which is the source of most Ranger powers.

If ninjor did make the first 5 he would have at least taught zordon how to make one and they would have to know each other. You don't just lose power coins if they are that important and hope a benevolent space wizard finds them.

I remember when this series of season 3 began on September 29th,1995. I had just began 7th grade and I remember seeing the Thunderzords getting destroyed and being horrified.

Let me get this straight... Zordon says Ninjor is a myth, but he found a map with the power coins. So when Zordon got thrown in his time warp (or whenever he was walking on the planet) he just took a bunch of coins and trusted they would work without even asking where they came from?

Is that the gist of what happened here?

@seantherebel no while zordon was umm walking he battled with Rita over the coins long ago he knew what they did and if you remember when kimberly goes back in time he gives the coins to teen's in the past who look the same as the teen's now and makes them rangers
