@ninjasrawesome1 its like saying wawawawawa put when u put your mouth on the horn just move your lips the same but its a suttle movement. practice it and listen to good vibrato so you can emitate it
That was really good. I myself am an alto sax player. Here are a few tips: Don't puff your cheecks like you are blowing a balloon because the pitch can go sharp. And also what reed are you using? Vandoren is great for high notes but I don't know about low. And also can you PM me the link to where you got your sheet music? Or did you do it by ear? Lastly, was your sax in tune? Or was it just the video quality? Overall it was really good.
@Frizzyjack i did it by ear. I dont puff my cheeks but thanks. Mabe I was Sharp when I played and the quality is not the best but i kno i tend to play sharp. This was @ years ago and I have worked on my technique since den. Plus that MP was real hard so i dont use it anymore.
@muziqueman Oh okay. Because it looks like you were puffing your cheeks. If you worked on your techniques I wonder how much pro you sound O.o haha. I enjoyed it (besides the tuning).
@Frizzyjack well im no pro but thanks for your nice comment. If i begin to squeeze myh lips when im plaing i go sharp and when m lips are tired i cant help squeezing. ( thats where long tones comes in) they really makes the tone better and builds endurance) im still working on that i guess ill be working on that for life : )
that was quite amazing. i just started playing alto sax last year and i must ask, how do you do vibrato? i think it sounds so cool.
