My work superiors have been trying to get me to adopt NLP into my work life to make me more effective.They seem to idolize NLP to the point it is beginning to disturb me,I went to a recent course and was a little annoyed to be told that when born i was a blank slate or machine that could just be programmed or reprogrammed throughout life. Although i dont subscribe to any religion i do however hope that we are much more than machines. Can Spirituality be substituted by NLP or even be compatible?
