Couple of interesting names in the credits: Matt Toschlog and Mike Kulas. They went on to found Parallax Software the following year, and are responsible for the Descent games. Parallax split up into Outrage and Volition, the latter of whom do the Saints Row series.
LOL at the old midi soundboard! :) Parts of me misses those days when computer games were not so stupid unlike today where it's all shooting with/without blood and sports.
Actually the new phase for PC games is *hidden objects* I am noticing each month in the stores that still stell PC games and adventure games are almost phased out.
@TommyDaGreat By the way to make it easier to find my videos, i've change my playlists to be by genre, sorted the same than the 3 ones before (and right now i'm not anymore fighting with the limit of 200 videos per playlist)! :)

This was the first Hi-Res (640x480 or higher) racing game for PC. Please correct me if I am wrong.

@falkerhard Also one of the first to employ texture mapping instead of normals I think, though it was only ever used for signs and such.

@falkerhard It was. It ran in "SVGA". I couldn't play it in that res though, it got too choppy on my 486sx/25mhz.

@auknix But was running very well on my good old 486DX2/66 Mhz... ;^)

Horrible menus... but otherwise it looks like a cool game. :)
I just wonder why you see the steering wheel move around, but no hands holding it... hahaha... looks weird.
You should play the car game "Stunts". It came with a level editor :)

@TommyDaGreat Yes, i already made a video of Stunts showing the level editor! ^_^

@TommyDaGreat By the way, yes the game is a way between the style of Stunts and Street Rod! :)
