  • cool ur videos are more than some of your video views :)

  • wikid video very beneficail thanksyou

  • I thought there were only 4 elements: Water, earth, fire, and air.

    ?? am i wrong?

  • @Arrowheadgirls we count wood as it's own element ^_^

  • @wongy2006 itn't metal an element too???

  • @sax3740 metal is rock =P

  • @sax3740

The 5 elements are earth, metal, water, wood, and fire. Wind is not an element. Caveat Emptor.

  • @monkeychuan why is everyone commenting mean to my question? main word QUESTION!!! (monkeychuan it's not u but ur the last to comment...sorry...kinda)

  • @Arrowheadgirls dont listen to the other watchers, the four elements your talking about is from Greek philosophy, the 5 elements this guy is talking about is of Chinese origin. =)

  • @Arrowheadgirls there are only 4 seasons for 4 elements the wood and the elements of storm and wind are a can of worms that you open up when your ready to go into meteorological-astrology which calculates diurnal cycles if you will of the wind ebb and tide on a weekly basis. There are only technically 4 elements with the fith being a wildcard.

  • um...wind is not one of the 5 elements according to DaoDeChing, IChing, Yellow Emperors Classic or any other Chinese text. The real five elements are, and always have been Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water. Wind in Chinese texts is actually a negative influence that can cause illness.

  • man likes to use yin senses and act with yang body, woman likes to use yang senses and act yin body

  • yea you`re wright. bending is really real.

  • is there such thing as bending like in avatar the last air bender??? be honest can any of you honestly say your a bender?? you have actualy bended like water wave or fire ext??

  • bending is real.......message me for more info

  • @camcedes

What! Bending is real what? And i thought that the only thing that was garbage was the Taiji.. apparently not.

  • @camcedes Plesase help

  • @mnmmc1 What do you need help with?

  • Yes, bending is real. I LIFTED water yesterday! No, I'm not lying if you were going to ask...

  • @1laurrenlopez lol i can do that too lol

  • @1laurrenlopez lier

    ikf not

    please tell me how

    pleaseeeee

  • @1laurrenlopez Yea,

you put your hands in it, and lifted it uhp..

  • Hello..I have a question aout what you say near the end of the exercise. you talk about WIND as the 5th element...and you don´t mention METAL... is metal not included in this exercise?

  • @pablocognac

    metal is not an element.

5 elements are earth wind fire water and soul .

  • @blacknwot

WHAT!! Metal is the element associate to the LUNGS! Your ignorance preceeds you.

  • @gordhill

one religious group may believe so or cultural exercise may state so. YOUR ignorance makes you look stupid

  • Simple: Backbone must ALWAYS be perpendicular to the ground. If it isnt, it isnt tai chi! I love that expertvillage has no expert on taiji to teach!

  • @gordhill

for anyone who doesnt know, perpendicular to the ground means that if your spine was to be against the ground it would form a right angle

  • and even u medidate

u need to know the way

    just medidate is not correct

if u sick u don't find the doctor and just read the bible u r not gonna got heal

but still no religion topic though

  • @Drake23thein y are u randomly blashing religion so hard?

  • Hey Hey Hey

    No religion

  • Chinese medicine is healing to the body, aligns the spine and allows nerves to function more properly as opposed to a weak, out of alignment spine and body. The Chinese got it right a long time ago, but who's to say you can't be healthy in this way and meditate on what the bible says at the same time. It is not sorcery, but health/exercise. There is nothing to fear but to learn from as Chinese healing arts are proven and stand the test of time, and allow you to remain drug-free.

  • Crappy crap crap...After years of suffering these time-wasters that teach garbage I declare it openly...GARBAGE!!!!

  • shut up

  • Yes-Taiji is the highest form of qi-gong..But qi-gong is not taiji

  • i understand how you think taiji is a higher internal form than qi-gong but, i have to disagree, to me, this is like saying karate is a higher internal style then ba gua. the futher you get along in internal martial arts, the more you concentrate and the less movement is needed, for you are training your internal body not external. but thats just my opinion. ;)

  • In the end friend, were using words and lables to describe a internal experience-qi-gong is mostly taught and done in a static way e.g.the post posture, and if done properly is a very usefull posture as are the postures of taiji, the difference is taiji links a long set of such interconnected movements-as the movements are owned internally by the player they become smaller,,similarly to bagua, and yeah bagua is a higher art than karate...the subtle may overcome the gross but few practice this

  • in tai chi their is actually movement from the place where you start

Qi gong can all be done in the same location without really moving your feet position.

The "spirtual" differences.. i dont really know lol

  • tai chi teaches whole body movement, it helps you to feel the flow going threw your body and can actually teach fighting application. qi gong is purely internal with little fighting application, but it does offer higher forms of internal understanding such as iron shirt, golden bell, bone marrow, ect., and a unique understanding of how things in the body works. that is how i understand it at least.

  • Very nice. . . I am relaxing just wathcing you. I subscribed. Thank you for the relaxing inspiration. . . V

  • Nice form bro, tho th back ground noise does make a bit hard to follow for the novice :(

    Still.. it's great vid :)

  • miserable place for tai chi, how about doing it maybe in outdoors in the sun with tai chi song but good exercises i think doing it the way i told you would probably give u more views.

  • gay

  • it seams you dont known what word "gay" means...

  • its for RE-LAX-ATION just because a form of martial arts doesnt look like every bruce lee movie, doesnt mean its gay, or not good for keeping a peaceful mindset

  • You have no clue,so why have a opinion????

  • Glad these are short videos. I can only take in so much. Am thinking about being a beginner and am uncoordinated. This is helpful.

  • i agree, me too

  • AWESOME!!! Thank you!!! :D
