Your weight fluctuates ~ 5 pounds from day to day and through out the day. If you wake up, weigh yourself (best time for you have no food in you) and then drink water per say (0 cals) you'll notice a small increase if you weigh again. Its just the water weight. Scales can drive you crazy. I recommend picking one day a week to weigh yourself, on the same scale, and in the morning when you wake up. Its hard though, the scale can lie sometimes for if you work out, muscle weights more than fat.
