Well ever since millions of heroes arose and their encounters with the undead, they discovered the proper way to kill undead and passed it on to rogues. Now rogues know where to hit the dead where it hurts. Even a corpse would scream from a critting sneak attack.

Yes, you can sneak attack undead, because they got tired of rogues being useless against one of the most common enemy types in the game.

As much as I love what Bob did there, did they change the rules in 4e that you suddenly can crit against undead even though they have no Con score?

@ArdenWolfwatcher In 4e, everything has a Con score. In fact all zombies have a special "zombie weakness" that instantly drops them to zero hit points if they are hit with a critical hit. Though most zombies also reanimate at least one time in an encounter if not reduced to zero through a critical hit.
