why so vibration in sound? totally unlike rafi. "tapiti hui rahon se tujhe AANCH na puhunche" hear how he messes with aanch and other some words. no way near rafi. otherwise many other songs are good that sonu has sung. This song makes clear that sonu is not a high pitch singer. where rafi or kishore or rahat fateh can reach, he falls short.

Sonu , brother tujhko phirse 1993 wala imaandari ka riaz karna hoga. Your sin ging quality is deteriorated. though sonu nigam ke sur nahi hilte per sonu fails to attain a voice .his voice is not taking any shape and here with this song he sang very bad. listen to original by Mohd. Rafi and even a deaf man can make out ke zameen aasmaan ka antar ha. In 1995 , sonu was way better than he is now but that time too he never came any near but was very good.

Actually Sonu excellent, n Sonu's voice is soothing.. n most of the Rafi fans remember him for songs of his last days like this one which were not the best ones..he was loud with LP n RD n KA..so actually voice wise Sonu is better now n Rafi in late 70s was not as good as he was in late 50s n 60s. n its a tribute, not a competition!!

Sonu Nigum is just 1000s xerox or carbon copy of Janaab Rafi. Please get a cd or cassette tape of Sonu Nigum called "rafi ki yaadien" and enjoy cause Sonu Nigum will never come close to Janaab Rafi and neither will the listener of rafi ki yaadien. Don't know how many more of these carbon copies will come n' go and then one day will have another Singer from India like Janaab Rafi again! jeya hey jeya hey.. jai hind!!!

@adnaanfatmi yes there will never be another Rafi...or Kishore....or Nusrat Fateh Ali....and there will never be another Sonu Nigam..he is good in his own originals...just like rahat is never close to nusrat and people dissed him but now in his own originals he is king...cmon people dont compare just enjoy the memories
