I think it is absolutely VITAL that the BING platform, once they take on Yahoo's traffic, provide NETWORK SEGMENTATION. If there is NO CATCH, then this feature will be provided. Google provides this feature in campaign settings, as does Yahoo. That would not mean necessary that advertisers will spend less, and in fact, for those who are savy, and utilize PPC managers, will likely spend MORE as they are able to optimize each seperate network for specific cost/conv.
