Great review. I bought this figure very recently and I'm very pleased with him. He's probably the best version of Palpatine yet. The walking stick is also a very nice addition.

In the Philippines you can find this and any of the wave 6 action figures from The Legacy Collection from any Toys R Us, Toy Kingdom and your other local toy retailers around there that sell these Star Wars action figures. These are actually not exclusive versions.
