LoL..i love your laugh..i like people who eat exotic food because most other people wouldn't understand, and get grossed out by the food that Asians eat. Finally, a non- Filipino that actually does it right... Notwithstanding the notoriety balut has gotten over the years, and even before that, it has been the general consensus of many in my country that only a true Filipino can eat it and enjoy the process (yeah, yeah, it's also a Vietnamese and Chinese delicacy, it's just an opinion) You may not be Filipino by birth but no one can argue that you are one by heart... well, at least where balut is concerned anyway :P
