He is a local breeder and not big scale and the fish love the food feed it to then once a day it is made from a lot of cucumber and a bit of rocket because that all I had in the house it was a great cheap and affective way to feed them would recommend it to any one thanks again :)
Hi I just brought 20 demasoni and maybe some other cichlids as well can't pick them up for a month because we are moving house and stuff but am so exited my new tank is going to be insane with post a vid when it is all set up also the ice cubes are great fed then to my fry and the adults there

Hey there first of all never ever explain your self to ignorant people.
YouTube is an open audio/video on in this case helping others feed " African Cichlids"
Eat better/heathier food.
You did video to the best of your knowledge and this was by far one of the best I have seen yet.
So keep those videos coming!!!
And ignore the negative feedback, it makes us live longer , when we do this. :)

I use a syringe,to suck a little bit of the liquid food up,and squirt it in.I dont like to touch brine shrimp!
