Serious question, why is this supposed to be hard???
She isn't actually using her delts as if she were doing an overhead press with dumbells, every time i am watching the form she just lowers he frame by splitting her legs and during the time her body drops she extends her skeleton (in her arms) to make up for the lost height, then she just straightens her legs again.
This looks like it's taking advantage of the skeleton to do work they should be training the muscles to do.

Youtube video comments will probably not help you learn the movement or its benefits. Needless to say this is an Olympic lift that does train the 'skeleton' and the 'muscles.' It is for explosive strength training and is not an isolation body building exercise. It trains the shoulders, glutes, hamstrings, hip flexors, quads, and I would say the mid-line stabilizers.
Awesome work. Keeping the back leg straight like that limits the amount you can drop your center of gravity and gets the bar travelling forward, but that's how most people jerk and who has great technique at maximal effort anyway?
