Of course it's "just a few cm of snow",but here in the UK that's a BIG deal. We don't get snow that often. We're not prepared for it like other countries are. When it snows like this, some cities literally come to a stop. In Plymouth we almost don't get any snow at all, it all melts in about 2 seconds.
