Hey your videos are amazing but i have a few questions:

    1. I heard that it's important to let your budgie fly around alot. but when it is new, should i let it fly in the bathroom first?

2.when should i start letting the bird out?

3.if my budgie doesnt trust me yet, how am i suppossed to get it back into the cage for the night?

    Thank you :)

  • @springflavor98

Yes, it's important to let them out for flight. You can let them out wherever you want, just make sure it's somewhere safe. (I'll be making a video on how to "budgieproof" a room soon. You can let them out whenever as well, although it may be easier once they trust you a bit. As far as getting them back in, millet works very well. You can either get them onto your hand with some millet, or just set some in the cage. :)

  • @springflavor98 Yes you should let your birds out to fly around but i don't think the bathroom, kitchen, office or room that has appliences or wires is a very safe place...you should let your bird out after it is use to its new home. If your parakeet doesn't trust you yet, it will eventually go back for food, toys, perch, water and other stuff it has. search more on wikipedia or google :) hope this helped!

  • I know this is a weird question but I am looking into birds, I was just wondering which you liked better budgies or cockatiels??? I have always wanted a cockatiel but they don't have any where I live:( I want a bird that will sit on my shoulders and be nice I have heard budgies like to keep to them selves and don't really want you is that true?? Please respond:))

  • @oxjustjumpxo

It really just depends on the bird, and on you. My budgies love being around me, and the fact that I spend a lot of time with them and bonded with them both separately probably plays a part in that. However, there are some that will keep to themselves, but there are also cockatiels that would rather keep to themselves as well. Both are great birds, just remember a larger bird is going to be more money. Feel free to PM me for any other questions, my space to type is limited here :)

  • @oxjustjumpxo parakeets are social birds. They need attention and care! you need to get your bird to get use to you first! if you want a bird that can go places with you and sit on your hand, arm, finger, shoulder ect. then I'd say parakeets. They are easy to train/tame and care for. They are smaller and are less noiser. Both birds would make great pets but that WOULD mostly depend on the bird :) search more on google, wikipedia! Hope this helped :)

  • Hey i love your vids and i have a question

can we keep a budgie in a AC room please respond please i need an answer soooooon

    please

  • @OrigamiHelp121

Hi, my home is air conditioned during the summer, and heated during the winter, and my birds are fine. It's kept at about 65F at all times. Just make sure it's not too cold, it should be fine. If you live somewhere hot, then it's good to keep it cool, but not too cool. As long as your comfortable, usually the bird will be.

  • @BudgieWorld thanks man a new subscriber :D

  • @OrigamiHelp121 It is possible that you can but you must make sure it is at a right tempeture. Some parakeets are different and some get warmer/colder than others and if they are in a to cold room for them, they are likely to get sick or something. I recommend you keep them in a room with no AC unless you make it warm at night and cool if its hot in the daylight. Yet every bird is different so it is hard to answer that question.

  • Freakinnn' Awsome!:D xx
