I guess this is the end result of what happens when an idol is lifted up and given such power. Good in a sense, it reveals their true intentions and whith whom they got allegiance. Hear you who got ears. "But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed."Galatians 1:8
I love Hip-Hop, a LOT. But just because people know your name it doesn't mean Hip-Hop is THE WAY of life. More people die at Hip-Hop shows than Death Metal shows. It's due to misinformation and chasing bullshit dreams. Misinformation comes from things like "Gospel" like information. I'm baffled at HOW this is being promoted. The 60s changed the way of life in this country because of DRUGS, NOT HIP-HOP. Expanding consciousness moves human beings forward, not expanding the word of Hip-Hop.
@TonyBtheEG ...those ppl who die at hip-hop shows...do they follow Love, Peace, Unity and Happiness? I don't think so! So I wouldn't call them Hiphoppas ;) The one thing I don't like in the book is using too much words such as "God" and "divine"! You don't need no God, you need to be GOOD!

I love Hip Hop culture and KRS has a good message, but I don't like the evangelical-like theme.
