@seductivelove Of course Freema Agyeman is beautiful, but I thought that dress did not do her justice because Freema has quite a figure for a petite woman, but the dress completely hid her figure as it was both too long and voluminous for one so petite. If they didnt want to show off her hips (which I think are stunning, people are paying good money to get buns like Freemas), then they could have gone with a shorter version of an A-line skirt similar to what Audrey Hepburn would have worn.
@AnaisForTheWin: I agree I didn't like that band on her head either, but I didn't want to go there too because it makes me mad that in such a critical episode for both the Doctor and Martha it seems the stylist tried to undermine Freema's attractiveness. No matter, she still managers to look cute but only by the Grace of God. Freema is a very stunning and beautiful woman and in series 3 sometimes (like this episode) there seemed an effort to mask both her prettiness and sexiness on purpose.
