lovely, I would like make an slight adjustment with chat masala on top instead of garam masala. Yogurt would taste different I think.

According to another recipe for yam fry on youtube, rinsing the slices of yam in buttermilk would reduce its tendency to cause itches.
HOWEVER, i DO NOT know the validity of that advice.
