And after watching her reply, I watch your video Fear. I found it very interesting, inspiring and really something to think about.
Especially this last is, according to me, really a big compliment on youtube, where most just keep on babling and babling, un-editted. (My respons to that lead me to my first video. Which is a silent movie!)

These images evolved into better work sytylistically (as can be seen in other vids including Creation) but I still find them worthwhile, in part because they are so peculiar. fear has always fascinated me and I have learned through time and experience that we can overcome parts of our fears by trying to understand the things we're scared of. in my own opinion it always leads to death which is the only thing certain when we're born. by accepting that you have all the reasons to enjoy life, now and here!
Balance is never a 100 percent but we can try to walk in the middle of it. This still is a favorite of mine!!! Looking forward for more of your work because I like the way you express yourself and spread your messages, very creative!

Regarding our earlier conversation, the paintings in this video are particularly dark, for me, and yet I think it's a positive message. I enjoy depicting the faces of fear, but I don't think of them as monsters, rather as just what our emotions look like, what the feeling might appear as if you could see it. Somehow that is fun for me. I don't really want to be scary, I just want to get it out.

But we don't demand or expect or seek money for sex, a great meal, laughing, learning something new. Creation is it's own reward. We should do it because we can, it feels good and because we need to.
Dudeanwalker - That is so true and why I am really grateful for youtube and the youtube community. Here is a place we can distribute our creations without needing to obtain external approval. We can really do what we want and find an audience as well. It is totally fabulous.

Dudeanwalker - That is so true and why I am really grateful for youtube and the youtube community. Here is a place we can distribute our creations without needing to obtain external approval. We can really do what we want and find an audience as well. It is totally fabulous.

Caren, you keep pushing yourself and your envelope with each one of these. It is a wonderful progression to watch in and of itself. This one was even better than the last for me. The hair in the air was what I used to do when I was a kid and used to cause the kids to run and hide on purpose! Hee...They loved it for hide and seek.

caren although english is not my native language (and that difficults my communication even more than it already is in fact) i feel your art processes like self internal earthquakes for me, it shakes my ideas, feelings and brings "to dare" verb in mind.have said this before but this makes it consolidate "dynamic existence" hope i can put some of this ideas in a video trying to feed this common curiousity venture. ;)
