  • Leonard Cohen all though a very good poet should never have taken a word like Hallelujah and put it in a song lyric when he had no intention of using it for what it was made for in the first place. To praise God! So Lincoln Brewster only took a terrible thing and brought it back to what it should have been in the first place. A song wholly dedicated to praising God! There's no other way to see it. PERIOD. Oh and by the way Lincoln is the man on guitar lol.
