I did this glitch but you can only have the handgun and grenades and you can't command Ashley so I kept the handgun and upgraded it but when I got to Chapter 3-4 and beat Ashley's part I automatically get changed back to Leon. PS it sucks beating all the bosses with only a handgun and grenades plus you can't use the knife
