Suicide isn't illegal in the sense that you can be charged with anything but if you make an attempt and don't succeed, someone stops you or someone thinks you're a risk to yourself (a doctor or social worker etc.) both canada and the states have laws requiring mandatory psych holds and they won't release you until they feel you're no longer a danger to yourself (or anyone else)

It's possible yes although Ohio has laws " the right to die law" where if you have a terminal illness and have less than 6 months to live a doctor will give you a lethal injection. It's a last resort though that you can only use if their is absolutely no treatment that could save you. The psych holds more of apply to people with mental illnesses or who just need help.

I was a really popular athlete in highschool with dozens of friends. During and especially after college all I wanted to do was jump off a bridge, because my life has turned to shit and nothing ever goes my way. All my friends are married with families except me. Suicide is sef-murder, and all unforgiven murderers, without exception, do not have eternal life and will end up in the Lake of Fire, (Rev. 21:8). Suicide isn't illegal in the sense that you can be charged with anything but if you make an attempt and don't succeed, someone stops you or someone thinks you're a risk to yourself (a doctor or social worker etc.) both canada and the states have laws requiring mandatory psych holds and they won't release you until they feel you're no longer a danger to yourself (or anyone else)

It's possible yes although Ohio has laws " the right to die law" where if you have a terminal illness and have less than 6 months to live a doctor will give you a lethal injection. It's a last resort though that you can only use if their is absolutely no treatment that could save you. The psych holds more of apply to people with mental illnesses or who just need help.

im suicidal and i have my reasons why. My family believes in god.i dont. I use to believe in god like any other young girl but things got bad and i felt as if there was no reason to believe anymore, BUT just becuz i dont believe in him does not mean im going to talk down to the ppl that do. Just becuz i dont believe in him does not mean im going to talk shit about the god they believe in. Its a personal choice to believe or not but either way you all should respect what eachother believes in.

Most "bad" things which happen do so because God gives a radical freedom to God's people; we are free people, not puppets on a string. But God does not cause "bad" things to happen. People aren't involuntarily placed in mental hospitals for that person's benefit, that is just an excuse to cover up the real reason. The real reason that people are incarcerated is simply because "other people will miss you". Suicide is a civil right, not mental illness. If you could see the world for what is truly was, a downward-spirally, hopeless, shallow and sugar-coated wreck and STILL want to live, I would consider YOU the mentally ill one.

This is my neice who starred in this very emotional and real story. If you have never been so depressed to where suicide is a real thought then you could never understand how helpless one can feel. I think she woke up a few people with this video and i am very proud of her message. We all can use a helping hand when life bites. Just remember life is a big roller coaster ride so hang on tight!

I was a really popular athlete in highschool with dozens of friends. During and especially after college all I wanted to do was jump off a bridge, because my life has turned to shit and nothing ever goes my way. All my friends are married with families except me. Married couples only want to hangout with married people. Not single people. Sometimes I wonder that if I die will God give me a second chance set the wrong things right.

Better yet go th the nearest Fire Station you see, and confide in a EMS Paramedic or a firefighter!
