  • Let me find out whether anybody found out of DietOramy eating plan (google for more information)? I've found about it from a friend of mine who got rid of lots of belly fat, but he's like a nut, so is there anybody typical around :O to help validate the capability of this healthy diet plan?

  • Just eat lean meats, slow digest carbs with every meal 4 to 6 times a day. Forget all these weird diets because once u go off of it which many do u gain it back plus more.. Check out hodge twins and I am not affiliated with them but they know there stuff and good luck with the diet

  • @GanGsTerR4Live I'm vegetarian and I go to the gym. I'm not a body builder but I lift weights. I've been able to build a lot of muscle. You don't need meat to maintain muscle. Haven't had meat in 5 years.

  • @GanGsTerR4Live haha ya man, it sucks big time. I have digestive problems, weak stomache acid and I lack certain enzymes and amino acids. I can't eat meat, dairy or processed foods. I take 90g of whey and 5g of creatine daily. Without it I get skinny as fuck. Getting protein from veggies is hard.

  • nice job! keep working with your body and diet! and as a guy who is doing sport very often, I can suggest You do some cardio training at least 5 times a week, every day at least 30 - 40 minutes, and try to mix - some time do low intensity, some time high intensity, but very important is to do it regularly.. and after couple weeks You will see good results, and You will feel even better..;) any way, good job, thumbs up.. ;)

I lost slowly some weeks and faster other weeks. I learned not to worry about it if I went off the diet, it wasn't the end...Our health is something we need to keep up all of our lives, there's no giving up!   • Force yourself to spend the money on filling up the fridge with healthier options and substitutions. I don't dare go down junk food aisles anymore haha I tend to eat too much though. I know I need to focus on more exercise and less alcohol. Alcohol will make ya broke and fat

  • @Laurie766 also, for the holidays. if ur with relatives its always good to flatter them and try their cooking. orif u want a break for te holidays, sure. just dot overdo it. so for the holidays if u want to eat what u want and stil loose weight i would eat about... hm..... twelve thousand calories a day. that was the diet i was previously on.. a modified version of wieght watchers. if it helps any, keep a journal of ur calories. 24 ptsa day. 1point= 50 calories

  • If weight bothers you, just go 100% raw. I did for health reasons and the weight simply drops off you (but in a healthy way).

  • No ice. The tea I drank has sugar, I just can't drink it w/ out sugar. I have found out a supplement called stevia, which is a natural plant thats way sweeter than sugar but will last alot longer. Gotta try that. Was told it's sold in health food stores

  • 150.2 readout on a digital scale does not mean 150 pounds and 0.2 ounces. It means 150 pounds plus 0.2 pounds. In other words, 150 pounds and 3 ounces.

  • It's not that it doesn't matter what you eat but at the end of the day if you go over you're calorie limit with ANY food (healthy, fried, etc.) you WILL GAIN WEIGH, so it's actually better to focus on not going over calories rather than going crazy if you're eating less carbs o sodium. Nice body though, to be honest you don't need the diet but losing a bit of weight can only help, so good luck.
