Regardless of how it ended, it is clearly an achievement for the Tamils of Sri Lanka. It was a struggle to rise above an oppressor and to show what there are capable of.

Rajapaksa is not the real hero, Its Sarath Fonskea who is the real hero, Mahinda sent 5000 army in mullativu in 2007, over 2500 were lost in 4 attack which ltte defneded, then Fonseka fully took over .
