Of all of Mr. Benson's up-tempo tunes, this is the one I like the most. I remember when I was in 4th grade hearing students playing this tune on the record player during lunch. I could see THEN why this tune was dancible to. Still think it's dancible NOW.

A lot of the nonsensical comments to this song missed the significance of the song.

This song was a cry out for "women who could not venture out at night" to have their fun. American women were not safe by themselves at night on the street- abducted, raped, and killed. This is a truly AWFUL performance -- and I've been a fan of this particular song originally produced by Quincy Jones since it came out in 1983.

I thought the female vocalist he employed at Resorts in Atlantic City back in 1986 was pretty lousy; but THIS performance is terrible because it's sloppy, and the background vocals are like fingernails scratching down a chalkboard.

And I've been a Big Fan of George Benson since "In Flight" came out in 1975; so you know it pains me to write this~
