The "water part" Is the twin water bounts. Well, they are actually one bount. They can only control the water, and survive if they are together. I believe When they rescue Rukia from the sokyoku is season 3. So the Bounts start on season 4. I don't know the exact episode number.

Even though ths dialogue is annoying it is a good video. Next time if you want to do even better try making the dialogue match with the song and music... I know that is way more difficult and time consumming though.
